The room was spacious and bright, clean and quiet. The shower pressure was comfortable, and the bedding was cozy. The hotel faces the Nice River, offering beautiful views. The staff were very friendly. Downstairs, there are complimentary coffee and tea bags available for guests to take.

The hotel's location is good, right by the River Ness. Service was average, but I was surprised they charged £14 for the internal car park, even claiming it was a discounted rate for guests.

The location is quite good, just across the bridge to the city center, and the riverside view is also nice. However, the hygiene conditions are average; the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, and there were still no tissues provided.

While the hotel staff were nice and the breakfast was decent, the front desk was often unstaffed except during the 3 PM check-in time. The room itself was quite basic; the bathroom lacked a handheld showerhead and only had tissue paper, no toilet paper. On the bright side, the popular restaurant just a two-minute walk from the hotel lived up to its hype.
