The hotel is in city. Many restaurant and shopping around. The parking is just a building next, but it was quite full (Hotel Lot) during office hour. The room is comfortable.

Everything was great except for room smelling very musky upon entry. Open the window for ventilation. Great location for everything Appreciate the drinking water dispenser on every floor.

Great location!

Nice hotel located near Invercargill train station with free parking opposite the building. Check in is fast and all the information is explained by the receptionist. The room size is ok for me, but there is no air conditioner in it. Wifi connection is free and most of the necessary amenities are provided in the room.

Value for money and very convenient

There's a laundry machine that is free for guests to use! Nothing else much to shout about. But it's clean, convenient and the free milk and usage of laundry machine is much appreciated.

The main reason to go to Invercargill is to check in at the world's southernmost Starbucks. Etc. The hotel parking lot is in the public parking lot diagonally opposite. You need to register your license plate at the front desk before you can park, but it is free. There is a shopping mall in Invercargill and the world's southernmost Starbucks near the hotel. There is also a Queen's Park to visit. The town is not big and not crowded and very quiet.

Typical western hotel in the city center. No kitchen facilities, free parking but need to go to the diagonal shopping center.

The room was so cold, but the staff were very friendly. The bathroom was clean and the bed was soft. I saw this when I checked out in the morning and clicked it. It has been open for more than a hundred years. The environment is good.

Overall, it's OK, a decent 3-star hotel! I stayed in a street-facing room, facing east, which was quite hot! I didn't cover myself at all all night and slept with the window open! The room is not big, just enough for a family of three! Since it is in the city center, it may be related to safety, the hotel will lock the door between 10 pm and 6 am, which is also weird!!!

The hotel has a good location and very good service. The hotel has parking spaces. It is in another building and has a restaurant and bar. The hotel rooms are a bit old but clean.

The room is very big, clean and hygienic. The location is great. It's close to the airport. There's a cafe downstairs. Check in at the southernmost Starbucks in the Southern Hemisphere.

Drove here from Queenstown... The hotel is average... Very clean... Big... Very satisfied here... Not much to eat nearby... There is a Queen's Park where you can stroll... It's really empty... Not many people...
