Kuzey Park Hotel is clean and peaceful. The staff and management are very attentive and helpful. It is a recommended place to stay when you come to Uzungöl. Located above the lake, it offers a quiet setting away from the crowds. If you want to enjoy the view of Uzungöl while relaxing in a tranquil atmosphere, this hotel is an excellent choice. فندق كوزاي بارك نظيف وهادئ. الموظفون والإدارة متعاونون ولطفاء للغاية. إنه مكان موصى به للإقامة عند زيارتكم لأوزونغول. يقع في موقع مرتفع فوق البحيرة، بعيدًا عن ازدحام داخل البحيرة، وفي مكان هادئ. إذا كنتم ترغبون في رؤية بحيرة أوزونغول والاسترخاء في أجواء هادئة، فإن هذا الفندق خيار مثالي."

"I was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them. Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent. Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels. I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time. Overall its ok & passable."

"First we took a three-day room on our feet. And the reception was very good, and there were great young Syrians, great servants, and collaborators once, brother Mohammed and brother Amin and Cheif, very good Anan. And all of it, take two. They were very treated by Coase, the rooms were clean, and their location was sweet, about two minutes away, walking to the lake, we asked them to have a dummy and a brush, and along the way they went to us.
