"Расположение - рядом (в 7 минутах ходьбы) с железнодорожной станцией и автовокзалом. До Черепашьего пляжа идти минут 20, до обычного - 10. Для беспроблемного заселения в резорт рекомендую взять с собой ваучер о бронировании на английском языке. Персонал приятный. Ворота охраняет специальный человек. Резорт состоит из нескольких зданий, я жил в The Pearl of Arcadia. Номер достаточных размеров. В номере нет телевизора. Зато есть и вентилятор на потолке, и кондиционер. В ванной моего номера было два душа - один холодный, другой с регулируемой температурой воды. Нужно быть осторожным со стеклянной полкой на стене в ванной, напротив душе. Если вы невнимательны или подслеповаты, можно удариться об нее головой. Уборка в номере по запросу (сотрудники сами интересовались, нужна ли уборка). Кроме кусочка мыла, в санузле нет ничего (шампунь и т.д.), в том числе туалетной бумаги (выдали по запросу). В номере очень не хватало столика, все приходилось раскладывать на кресле и сумке. Управляющий отелем старался решать проблемы, например включал отключающийся во время грозы wi-fi (в ноябре практически каждый день по несколько часов лили дожди). На этаже есть типа кухня со столом, микроволновкой, тостером и чайником, холодильник. Территория отеля вся в деревьях, приятная. На расположенном недалеко от гостиницы рыбном рынке цены указана за готовку вашей покупки, а не за сами продукты.
Если не придираться к мелочам, резорт - очень хорошее место для проживания."

"Big hotel, lots of rooms. Take with ocean view, there will be a balcony and table. Bed soft, safe in availability, room comfortable. With your small pool, sleeves and of course an outlet to the ocean. Furniture is not new, but all intact and alive. Take without food. In the hotel its restaurant. Dining and lunch, photo attached. All delicious, average check for 2 of 7000rs. Staff is kind, everything can be agreed.
Of the downsides: wave noise can prevent sleep, though good noise isolation. The price is expensive.

XXiaomimi⁶⁶⁶₆₆₆⁶⁶⁶The staff are very enthusiastic, the breakfast menu is very rich, there are many squirrels in the trees by the pool, and the Japanese restaurant on the rooftop is also very good. It is the most relaxing hotel in the whole trip. The children had a lot of fun, and a box of tea was given when they checked out. The only drawback is that we arrived at 2 o'clock and the room was not ready, but they were very enthusiastic to arrange a place for the children to go swimming first. The adults were very comfortable waiting by the pool, enjoying the sea breeze, the sea view, and drinking, so there is no need to deduct points.

You just got to tell them NO on a serious note for them to stop bothering you, apart from that everything was okay, the toilet have no ventilation so the smell spread through the room, unless you open the doors the smell won’t go. But for the price I pay, it wasn’t worth it

AArran JamieI enjoyed my time at sea front and its proximity to the beach being a 1 minute walk. As I also enjoy walking, it was a 20 minute stroll to turtle beach and amenities. The room was clean with a morning breakfast of toast, jam, eggs and coffie being provided. The hosts were warmly welcoming and I’d stay here again if I was in Hikkaduwa.

Excellent location, next to the hotel there is everything you need: beach, cafes, souvenir shops.
The staff was responsive and promptly resolved any issue I had.
The buffet and restaurant are excellent! The food is very tasty and varied.
The room is comfortable with working air conditioning, the sea view is stunning.
Overall, I was pleased with my stay and recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserThe hotel, to put it mildly, is very tired, the elevator has not been working for a very long time, there is no cleaning in the room, you have to ask to change the towels, if you throw them on the floor this does not guarantee a replacement, they will pick you up, fold them and put them on the bed... During the season, breakfast is a buffet and they are not bad, but in the off-season the breakfasts are very meager... The coffee is simply disgusting, I have never encountered worse anywhere... But all the shortcomings of the hotel are offset by its location! The best beach, beautiful ocean! And you can simply close your eyes to all the shortcomings and enjoy your vacation! By the way, there are only 10 sun loungers in the hotel, keep in mind...
