For the boss to calculate the account, the property is self-owned, the decoration single room cost 6-7 10,000, the annual occupancy rate should not be higher than 50%, RevPar is 50 yuan to 60 yuan. Although the cost of 42 rooms is not high, the price cannot be sold due to location and operation reasons, and there are difficulties within 5 years."
