GGuest UserSuch a welcoming host. The guesthouse is family owned and its very cozy. The view is stunning! The host give us the most stunning view ever. You can even see the giant prayer wheel from our room. Everything is very close by. They even pick us up at the north gate. And for muslim travelers dont worry halal restaurants is nearby everything is within walking distance. Overall i would recommend this guesthouse to anyone who wants to try

MmanmanchengWe were on a family trip, and the room's spaciousness was a key factor in our choice. A friendly staff member helped us with our luggage. Upon entering, he kindly turned on the in-room oxygen supply and underfloor heating, reminding us not to turn them off. Shangri-La has significant temperature differences between day and night, so my parents often needed to return to the hotel to rest after sightseeing. These facilities and the hotel's convenient location were incredibly helpful. The welcome fruit was very fresh. Regarding the one-way airport/station transfer, we arrived by taxi, and they reimbursed our fare.

XXuxutuzhiyaTraveling alone with a big suitcase, I contacted the host a day in advance to ask if I could store my luggage with her, and she readily agreed. She even offered to pick me up and drop me off. I booked a special offer room, and it included breakfast. When I was rushing out in the morning, she reminded me to eat breakfast. If I ever come back to Shangri-La, I'll definitely stay with her again! The guesthouse also has a very Tibetan-style decor, and there's a balcony on the second floor with views of the old town. Plus, out of all my travels, this is one of the few places that provides disposable toilet seat covers!

GGuest UserThis guesthouse boasts an unbeatable location in the heart of Middle Tiger Leaping Gorge. The East Ring Road is right outside, leading directly to Lower Tiger Leaping Gorge, and further along the same road, you can reach Haba Snow Mountain and Baishuitai. Jomah Guesthouse faces Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, is backed by Haba Snow Mountain, and has the turquoise Jinsha River flowing at its feet – truly breathtaking views!
The owner is a retired teacher, and his wife, Jomah, is a warm and genuine ******* woman who is incredibly attentive to guests. I stayed in a clean and tidy wooden mountain-view room, each with its own small balcony. Opening the window to see the green mountains and the river instantly lifted my spirits. The second-floor restaurant also has a large balcony adorned with flowers, making it super pleasant for stargazing and chatting at night.
Be sure to try their local stewed free-range chicken – it's uniquely delicious. The yak meat buns and milk dregs egg rolls are also fantastic. This is the most comfortable guesthouse I've stayed at in Tiger Leaping Gorge, and the experience was exceptional. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

GGuest UserJudy’s guesthouse is probably one of the nicest hotels in the halfway area. The guesthouse has a restaurant that’s open from breakfast til early dinner. The rooms were spotless and the mountain view from our room is breathtaking. I like how there were toiletries provided in the room, the towels were very clean and the hair dryer provided was pretty high end.

GGuest UserAt just over 200, this place definitely deserves a five-star review. It's perfectly located at the starting point for hiking, which is incredibly convenient. My room had two floor-to-ceiling windows with amazing mountain views. The mattress and pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm – so I slept wonderfully. The guesthouse staff were also super friendly and welcoming; they even wished me a safe hike when I left. Plus, the breakfast was affordable and tasted great!

HHuifeixiangdetuzi195451The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The service was attentive and warm. It's only a few minutes' walk from Dukezong Ancient City, which made exploring very convenient. Definitely recommend staying here! Too bad I forgot to take photos.

GGuest UserThis was the nicest hotel during our China trip start of May 2024. The rooms are spacious, the beds have perfect matrasses, Rooms are heated and have a humidifyer as the air is very dry in Shangri-La. The exterior and interior are ******* style. The staff is super friendly and helpfull. Short walking distance from the main square and streets and 3 minutes walk from the street where to take a taxi. Very quiet at night. First choice in Shangri-la when we make it back.

GGuest UserThe location of the inn is very good. It is in the ancient city. There are many places to eat around. It is not far from the Big Buddha Temple and is only a few minutes walk away. The museums here are free. The only drawback of the inn is that the water flow for bathing is too small and the water temperature is sufficient. But it's still a bit cold to take a shower
