The middle of the ”New Center” is this hotel. As we were there, the water damage was not yet remedied. The side entrance with the chairs did it also. The rooms are large enough, clean and in the bathroom there are glasses of glass, no plastic. Donors in the bathroom for the soap are also a good sign, no micropacks. Beds ok, TV large and Wi-Fi went also very well. The river beautiful, a little dark light? Railway station near, as well shops. The city is well what I could see so. There are the commercial revenues. The reception is in the fourth floor. I assume it will come back down when the water damage is fixed. Great breakfast with everything drum and there. Respect. The hotel grape is located in an excellent location on the Rhine River in Rüsselsheim However, for disabled people an absolute no go. The service was only good when a certain gentleman was at the reception. Women seemed to be overbearing, yet very launchful. The room service was OK but no longer. The hotel has come very into the years as well as partly the inventory. The beds in our room were a disaster. Matrixes up to go no longer located. The carpet floor is a dirt sleeve, full of spots and cracks. Similarly, the tape in the streams. Just shy. At closer view, it was also poorly cleaned. In the window frames had spinning tissue with small dead wings etc, as well as at the windows in the breakfast room. Just a shit. The windows in the room were certainly not washed for more than 1 year. The rest of the room was searched together. The swimming pool was for business reasons closed On the lower floors many steps and stairs. The breakfast was very good, the service was also OK. This hotel can only be able to make good location and good breakfast points, otherwise more than modest. Maximum a 2-star hotel. We will certainly not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is well located close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and the city center and most of the attractions in Wiesbaden, the public transportation is amazing, there is a bus stop like 50 meters away from it. As the Hotel per se, is really clean, the room and bathroom were really fresh, the room had a super mini fridge, but is enough for water and drinks; we went there with our 7 and 5 year old kids, and believe me when I say is FAMILY FRIENDLY, the pool was really nice and enjoyable and the sauna as well. No negative comments.

Pro: Basic hotel room. Clean room. Bar in reception. Great breakfast. Bottle of water in room. Good wifi connection. Very central city location. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Taxi rank nearby. Cons: No air con. Windows open only slightly. Room got very hot and unpleasant. Only 1 pillow. Glass partition between bed and room. No privacy when going to the toilet.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. They will give you a free drink coupon if you are willing to pass on your room being cleaned each morning. This is great because the only negative thing about the hotel is that the train station is the closest place to get coffee or food. It’s not far, but it is better if you can have coffee right after waking up.

I'm not happy to write a negative review if you were allowed to experience such friendly staff. Unfortunately, this was really the only positive next to cleanliness and that is simply not enough. The hotel's equipment is extremely old and easy. When you enter, you are already sneaking a moderate smell. I fear this is due to the old tape floors. The rooms were very simple and very small and maximum old from the interior. It is unexplainable how this keeps a 4 star level. 4 stars are derived from defined standards that are objectively not given. Housekeeping was performed with the reference to Corona only after explicit demand and then, unfortunately, really only the minimum: towels exchange, some bath cleaning. No beds, no waste packaging, no clean tooth clean glasses. We have been in more than 5 different hotels in different countries in the last few months. Corona-related restrictions on daily room cleaning are nowhere else. The full price is paid, but the cost of staff is significantly reduced. It is also strange that breakfast at our first morning (Friday) is much less and worse than the following days. Fridays the selection was minimally small. Saturdays and Sundays it was far better, but still rather simple. We paid 200 € per night for our room. This price is just a freak. As I said at first, the staff was very friendly and kind, so I regret my negative review.

We had googled our way to the fact that the Hilton Mainz has a very good location right down to the Rhine and you can purchase access to the hotel's ”Executive Lounge”. We booked 5 nights and we were ready for a little vacation by the Rhine. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were quickly and efficiently checked in by Mrs. Blanco Flores, who upgraded us to a room with a view of the Rhine. Mrs. Flores made us aware, that the ”Executive Lounge” was unfortunately not that big, but we had to see that with our ”own eyes”. Really good service was provided upon check-in, and our expectations for the stay at the hotel became greater. The room we had been allocated was on the 5th floor with a wonderful view of the Rhine. We had booked a room with breakfast, so we were excited to see, how the breakfast buffet was. But we were very pleasantly surprised there 😊.. There was a reasonably large selection of various breads and hot items, so it was just a matter of getting started with breakfast. The hotel allows you to sit outside and enjoy your breakfast with a view of the Rhine, and watch the people walking and cycling past. We were very lucky with the weather, so breakfast was enjoyed for a little longer time than usual. After breakfast, we went up and see how the ”Executive Lounge” was. But unfortunately we were somewhat disappointed. The ”Executive Lounge” consists of 2 small rooms, where there were 3 tables in each room, and 3 people could sit at each table. When we got outside the time when alcoholic drinks are served, we could see that you could have a cup of coffee or an apollinaris. The snacks on display looked a bit boring, and the fruit wasn't of the best quality either. But cheer up, it could be good in the evening... But when we visited the ”Executive Lounge” in the evening, beer, wine and spirits were on display - but the snacks that were also on display didn't seem particularly inviting - so we didn't take any of them. Summary of our experience of the ”Executive Lounge” is that it is not necessary to purchase access to the ”Executive Lounge”. And we can only encourage hotel management to go on a study trip to Düsseldorf or Dresden, where we have experienced what an ”Executive Lounge” should really be like. In general, the level of service is very high, and the staff a super good service at the hotel 😊... Here we have to highlight in particular: Mrs. Flores from the reception, Heike from the breakfast restaurant and Brittany from Guest Relations. They gave us a really good service during our stay. In summary, we would give the hotel 4 stars out of 5. If the hotel should have had the last star, the ”Executive Lounge” must be upgraded with better rooms. (Could space be created for a small area down in the restaurant area, so that you also have the opportunity to sit outside on the warm summer evenings. We would like to come again at another time to enjoy the good location and super service 😊..

My husband were on a bike touring holiday and only booked one nights stay. We were made to feel extremely welcome and were given a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival. The room was excellent with a lovely large bathroom. In the evening we had a lovely meal accompanied by a traditional German band. We had a lovely fresh cooked breakfast. We were offered suggestions for site seeing but we advised we were there for only one night. We have booked to come back May next year to hopefully explore. Any suggestions will be more than welcome

Staying at the Rheinhotel Lamm was an unexpected surprise. The owner welcomed us with sincere and helpful advice. We had a superb dinner with excellent service. The room was quiet, comfort, clean, and we’ll provisioned. Spentbthe evening drinking some excellent wine, eating a superb dinner, and watching the river traffic on the Rhein. Definitely a place to return to.
