Hotels with Infinity Pools in Phu Quoc Island

"Pros: There is bellman service available to help us take care of our luggages when we arrived before check-in time, so we could go for lunch without our heavy baggages. Even though we rejected the enthusiastic bellman who offer to bring our luggages to our rooms, as we were not used to it, he continued to serve us graciously when we were lost (since the room numbers all starts with 1 followed by the storey). Located next to the sea with a shallow beach, Seashells is a prime location for beach swimming and kayaking. Safety signs were in placed and blow dryers were installed to prevent slipping at the ground floor. Restaurant serves delicious breakfast. Cons: We didn't receive a welcome drink that was supposed to be part of the hotel's check-in experience. The check-in timing is 3pm, unlike most other hotels that offers early check-in, this hotel doesn't. Generally, Seashells is a great stay and deserves its 5 stars rating for its location, cleanliness and facilities. Safety is a bonus point, given that lift access requires a room card. Although we did not have the opportunity to experience the sauna and steam bath, there were many options in the vicinity."

"I booked a stay at Night Sea Hotel for my sister’s birthday, and the experience was amazing. I requested a birthday decoration in her room, and the hotel team really delivered. The decorations were beautiful and created such a lovely surprise for her. They even prepared a birthday cake as a gift, which made her day even more special. My sister was truly happy, and I really appreciate the thoughtful effort from the hotel. Thank you, Night Sea Hotel, for making her birthday unforgettable. Highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The bungalows are nice and clean, the staff is lovely and helpful, and the gardens are well-trimmed. The food was very good, and the beach area is well-maintained. The swimming pool is especially nice and clean However, the only downside was the sea/water quality. Unfortunately, there was plastic and garbage floating in the water, along with a bad smell. It seemed like waste from the surrounding area was washing up, which was disappointing. The waves were also quite high, making swimming less enjoyable. Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel"

"This is a place I'll definitely return to for a second time! It was such a pleasant surprise! Initially, I saw many reviews about insects, ants, and geckos, so I didn't have high hopes. However, after several nights, not a single mosquito bit me. The hotel clearly takes pest control seriously, and they've even sealed up all the wooden gaps in the rooms, so there's no need to worry about geckos. The air conditioning and hot water were much better than I expected. And of course, the beautiful scenery goes without saying. The genuine and simple smiles of the staff are something I'll truly miss after leaving!"

"The Location isnt within walking distance to anything but very easy to get around to places with a taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful, the resort is big enough to not need to leave for a few days, maybe even a week ! Multiple pools and sunbeds that we didnt have to fight for, drinks and food can be delivered to the sun loungers, even at the beach. The beach club was amazing and has views of the pool and the sunset ! I recommend going there ! It seemed easy for parents to do their thing whilst their kids play in the water and a very safe atmosphere, but also as someone who doesnt have kids, they have enough areas where you dont feel surround by children and families as well. The gym is great ! They also have various classes for adults everyday at different locations around the resort. There are multiple restaurants and happy hour every evening at the beach club. Breakfast was fine - theres variety but also the same options everyday, plenty to choose from but not much day to day variety - the egg station is great ! Any kind of egg any kind of way ! - Just make sure to go early to breakfast because it gets INSANELY BUSY from around 9am , people literally fighting over watermelon chunks. Chocolate hour is really fun ! But again everyone fights for those watermelon chunks even though there are endless plates of them ... but its a free hour with chocolate fountains so not too much to complain about there ! All the restaurants are great and one of them does a different BBQ style buffet meal each evening, theres also live singers and foam parties - theres so much going on and sometimes different every single day ! Had a great time, a really lovely resort overall ! (P.s they even left a birthday cake upon arrival! So kind!)"

"Very cozy and well-located. It was clean, and the room had all the amenities, including a washing machine. Check-in was quick, and they promptly helped us with all our questions. We had a direct view of the Bridge of Kisses and watched the fireworks from our window. I recommend it."

"Great place to visit with friends. The food was really impressive — fresh ingredients, great flavors, and nice presentation. The fish and seafood were perfectly cooked, and the sauces were well balanced without overpowering the dishes. Service was calm, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, not noisy, perfect for a pleasant evening. One small note: the sea here usually has some natural sediment, so the water is more cloudy compared to La Veranda. Prices are fair for the quality. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it."

"Очень редко пишу отзывы, но в этот раз хочется поделиться. Расположение замечательное: удобная локация, красота, тишина, птицы поют. Персонал молодцы, вежливые, всегда придут на помощь.Номер чистый. На первом этаже есть кухня — при желании можно приготовить любые блюда, имеется стиральная машина и сушка, то есть пришёл с пляжа, закинул в стиральную машинку — через 40 минут достал вещи сухими. В номере убираются, когда попросишь, бесплатно, дополнительной оплаты не просят (главное вы сами не молчите, подошли сказали, когда вам удобно чтоб к вам пришли и навели чистоту) Горячая вода без перебоев, не забывайте только нажимать на кнопку, одно нажатие и горячая вода . У нас в номере не было телевизора, но нам он и не нужен: мы приехали отдыхать, наслаждаться красотой и тишиной. В общем, есть чем заняться, а телевизор мы и дома посмотрим.Особая благодарность администратору, мы заселялись вечером, нам сразу предложили отвезти до кафе поужинать (прислушались к нашим пожеланиям), забрали из кафе и показали достопримечательности, заехали за фруктами. Спасибо! Рекомендую. Приедем ещё раз!"

"When we searched for a beach resort to spend a week at on Phu Quoc, where we had never been before we looked for a mid sized boutique hotel on a beautiful beach with plenty of green spaces. That is exactly what we discovered at Cassia Cottage Resort. It’s a five minute walk from the property’s entrance to the heart of town. Once inside the gate it’s never more than a minute’s walk to a pool or the beach. The restaurant is considered the best on island and provides excellent service. The hospitality staff consists of host Quoc and his crew of Mi, Tai, Nha, Ha, Xiang plus so many more if you’d like service at the beach bar or one of the pools. There’s always someone to help adjusting an umbrella , your lounge chair or providing a fresh towel.  Moving up the ladder, we were greeted by Sales and Marketing Manager Hoang Barnett our first afternoon at the Cottage. I was impressed before he greeted us as his passion for the resort was immediately obvious. We spoke several times during our stay and showed up at every event to be sure things were running smoothly, everyone looked happy, and while he was there, take in the fun with the rest of us.  We met many guests from around the world during our stay but one gentleman kept catching my attention as he wandered around taking in the surroundings and enjoying his time with family. It didn’t take long for me to say to my wife that all my instincts told me this man was more than a guest. He had to be the owner of Cassia Cottage. A day or so later this charming man introduced himself to us as Mark Barnett, owner and General Manager of the property. Oh yea, and father to Hoang who had impressed me so much early on. We spoke quite a bit during the rest of our stay, discovering many similar interests.  Unfortunately all good things have to end sometime but , by the time we left Cassia Cottage Resort, and after several lovely conversations with the Barnetts and so many of the lovely staff, we decided that we have to return next year and spend Christmas back there again!"

"The hotel's location is great, right by the main road. You can easily catch the Vinbus, and it's a short walk to King Kong Supermarket and various lively snack stalls. The paddleboarding at the hotel is excellent value for money, costing about 22 RMB for an hour. The beach is also a nice spot to relax. Service was just okay; only two bottles of water were provided per room. Breakfast was decent and quite varied."
