"I really liked the room. Before arriving, I tried to ask the front desk on Trip.com if I could get an upgrade, but they refused. When I got there, I saw that Trip.com still had twin rooms available and asked if I could upgrade, but they told me I'd have to pay the difference to upgrade to a king room, which were all sold out anyway. As the saying goes, 'misfortune may be a blessing in disguise,' and this twin room on the 26th floor, 2612, was a bit tucked away but overall very good. The consistent design and symmetrical beds reflected traditional Chinese aesthetics. Although the sofa area wasn't large, the location was great, and it had a definite wet/dry separation.
The next morning, I went for breakfast. The hostess quickly found a seat for me, and plates were cleared promptly during the meal. The service was excellent, though I was too busy to catch her name; she just looked plump and cheerful. Around 11 AM, I went to the swimming pool and met Cheng Xue'er from the gym. She was incredibly polite and courteous, and after my swim, she gave me a bag for my swimsuit. At first, I thought she was an intern, but she's actually a fitness coach – don't be 'charmed' by her beautiful, petite, and cute appearance like I was! Afterward, I had lunch at the Chinese restaurant. I had made a reservation, and they held the table for me. I'd seen reviews on other apps praising their service, and it truly lived up to expectations. From the manager to the front desk and service staff, everyone exuded professionalism. I especially want to thank Ms. Zhang Jing and Mr. Liu Anjun (Jun) for their meticulous and thoughtful service and impeccable etiquette. Thank you for the encounter, and I wish you all the best."
