"The Eagle's Nest, their top-selling room, is a must-try! We stayed in room 2001, and the view was incredible, right by the Heavenly Lake. You can even see the 'trial marriage' room (not a show flat) at 9999 from a distance. The room layout was exactly as pictured online. To sum up, the Swan Suite is the closest to the restaurant, so it's a quick walk to eat. The Cloud Roc suites are at the highest elevation, but they're guest rooms, so they're not as popular. Other room types are spread across different peaks. The hotel is 3km from Yalong Bay Night Market and Baihua Night Market. The Liupan Night Market at the foot of the mountain is also quite affordable. A big thank you to Manager Sun for specially arranging a fruit platter for us!"

"Sanya's ultimate family resort! The Year of the Horse stay was absolutely perfect! Bringing the kids to Sanya for the winter break, choosing the Harman Hotel was truly the best decision we made! From check-in to check-out, there were zero complaints, definitely a full five stars! 🌊 Sea View Room: The healing power of watching the sunrise from bed We stayed in a sea view room, and as soon as we opened the door, we were amazed: - You can watch the sunrise over the ocean right from your bed. The morning light spilling across the sea with its shimmering golden specks was so gentle and healing, all the fatigue of traveling with kids just melted away. - The room had a minimalist wooden style, and the bedding was just the right firmness. The turndown service decorated the room with little folded animals, which were adorable, and the kids wouldn't let go of them. As a family-friendly hotel, the amenities here truly understand parents: - Kids' Club: A soft play area, ball pit, rainbow slide, trampolines, and a reading nook. The kids could spend all day in there and not get bored, giving us time to finally enjoy a cup of coffee in peace. - Art Workshop: There's a dedicated painting area and craft classes, where they guide children to do sand painting and graffiti. The finished products can even be taken home as souvenirs – fun and educational at the same time. - Infinity Pool: In the evening, the sunset stained the pool a warm golden color. The kids went wild on the water slide while we relaxed on sun loungers, feeling the sea breeze – this is what a vacation should be like! 🍔 Dining & Service: Thoughtfulness in every detail - When we arrived at noon, our room wasn't ready yet. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and arranged for us to have afternoon tea in the executive lounge. Chinese tea, beautiful small pastries, and the lounge's unobstructed, stunning sea view made for perfect photos to post on social media. - For breakfast, the Hainan noodles were cooked fresh to order, and the freshly squeezed juices were unlimited. The kids' favorite waffles could even be DIY'd with their choice of sauces. - From the careful arrangements made when we arrived early and were waiting for our room, to the delightful surprises set up by the room attendant... every service detail conveyed exclusive care and made us feel respected and valued. 🧧 New Year Atmosphere: Full of festive cheer The peach blossom tree in the lobby was adorned with auspicious red ornaments, creating a wonderful Spring Festival and spring vibe. The hotel also arranged lion dance performances and couplet writing activities. It was the first time my child tried calligraphy, and they were overjoyed. If you're bringing your kids to Sanya, this is the place to choose! "Honestly, the hotel looks a bit old from the outside, but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. The beach is just a 5-minute walk downstairs, so the overall environment is pretty good. It's right next to the town, which means it gets lively at night, but still feels quiet and peaceful despite the hustle and bustle. A great experience overall."

"The hotel is brand new, with very spacious rooms and excellent facilities. Most of the public areas are shared with the neighboring Belmond property, including the pool, restaurants, and kids' club. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is available until 12 PM, so you don't have to worry about missing it if you wake up late. The service was truly commendable. Upon check-in, the front desk kindly upgraded our room free of charge, and they were very prompt in addressing all our questions and needs throughout our stay. While there was some objective noise from nearby municipal construction, it stopped during lunch and in the evenings. Since we were out of the hotel for most of the day during our stay, it didn't really bother us much."

"An unparalleled experience! The hotel was grand in every aspect, making us feel right at home. We booked a Royal Club King Room, and it came with a complimentary afternoon tea upgrade. Since we missed the evening 'Sweet Hour', the butler, a lovely and kind young lady, graciously offered us afternoon tea for the following day instead. She was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous, providing us with all the necessary timings and important tips. **Facilities:** The TV felt a bit small for a Royal Club room. **Cleanliness:** Exceptionally clean. The bathtub didn't even need a liner, and the bath towels and hand towels were all very soft. The hotel provided two large and one small blue pool slippers, plus two large and one small white disposable slippers. **Service:** After our first swim, the bathrobes got completely soaked. The hotel promptly provided two extra sets, which was very efficient. **Location:** It's in a prime spot in Haitang Bay, about 1.8 kilometers from the CDF Duty-Free City."

"What you see is what you get. We booked a suite with a king-size bed and a twin bed. The room was quite spacious, probably living up to the 70 square meters mentioned on the details page. Our suite's balcony faced an area outside the Xinghua complex, and coincidentally, the hotel across the street was undergoing construction. The hotel called us in advance to let us know, but honestly, with the balcony door closed, it wasn't much of an issue, and the construction was intermittent. We spent most of our time with the kids participating in hotel activities and playing in the sand and water at the beach, so it didn't really bother us. The hotel assigned a butler two days before check-in to help with the check-in process and book parent-child activities. The parent-child facilities and swimming pools are shared with the Hualuxe, and it's very close to the beach. Yalong Bay's water is crystal clear, making it perfect for families with kids. This was my first time in Sanya, and I've stayed at some pretty good hotels. Compared to the five-star hotels in Sanya Bay, I much preferred the Xinghua in Yalong Bay this time. Next time I bring the kids, I'll definitely only book in Yalong Bay."

There's a shuttle service available from the villa, which itself feels like a beautiful garden with abundant lush greenery. The breakfast was also fantastic with a wide variety of dishes. "I've been to Sanya twice before, and after many years, I returned for a five-day stay. It was a mix of vacation and work, as I was writing a thesis. The hotel service was exceptionally good; the staff were always helpful with any questions I had. The breakfast was plentiful, and they provided round-trip airport transfers. I could sunbathe on the upstairs balcony, and I sometimes worked in the tea room on the fourth floor or wrote on the first floor. The hotel is very close to the beach, so I'd go for walks on the sand whenever I had free time. I also visited the Forest Park for panoramic views of Yalong Bay, and one day I booked a private car through the hotel to see the Guanyin of Nanshan on the sea. The price was fair, and the driver even waited for me at the entrance of the scenic area, which I found very touching. A big thank you to Shanhai Wutong for a pleasant and meaningful vacation!"
