From the front desk staff to the concierge, every single employee here offers service with a smile. They're all so approachable and friendly. I had a cake delivered for my birthday, and since I didn't want to just wait around at the hotel, I went out for a stroll. The hotel staff kindly received the delivery, kept it safely in the fridge, and ensured everything was perfectly arranged. I felt completely at ease throughout. Then there's the hotel's design style – it's retro with amazing attention to detail. The Marshall speaker was just like the one I have at home; it connected to Bluetooth in three seconds, and the music started playing. Even the light switches had a cool design. The view from my window directly overlooked the Twin Towers, and the night view was even more stunning. I could sit by the window for ages, just gazing out. Most importantly, I'm usually a light sleeper, but this hotel offers complete blackout, excellent soundproofing, and very comfortable bedding. I slept incredibly soundly on my birthday, even while away from home – I was truly touched! Even the late-night snacks were plentiful and varied. I arrived close to 11 PM, and the concierge and staff were still incredibly attentive. They brought out almost everything available! 😂 I almost felt embarrassed that I couldn't finish it all. No one rushed me even after closing time; I felt completely undisturbed and very comfortable. Breakfast is served until around 1 PM, which honestly feels more like brunch than just breakfast. You can eat to your heart's content, until you're completely full. This stay truly made me feel incredibly cared for from the moment I checked in until I left. The service was absolutely impeccable.
