"I had 2 bookings with them and this hotel has 2 towers. The difference between the two towers was very obvious. The room in the new tower was brightly lit, clean and the room was well ventilated with the air purifier and air con. However, the room in the old tower, each time I enter the room after a day out, it has a musky smell and the air con was making a lot of noise throughout the night. Room was also quite dim but kudos to the staff that suggested sending up a lamp for use. Kindly consider upgrading the rooms in the old tower so that guests will not feel such a great disappointment, given that the two bookings made were during the same period, with only one day apart. Overall, the hotel is located at a very convenient location with the MTR nearby and many malls for food/shopping selection. It's also quiet and safe for solo travellers (:"

Hotel near Hung Hom and Kowloon City,Hong Kong
Once home to Hong Kong’s first international airport, Kai Tak has transformed into a vibrant social hub. Dorsett Kai Tak offers stunning views of Victoria Harbour and is adjacent to the new 50,000-seat Kai Tak Sports Park, hosting major events and concerts. The hotel is located a 35-minute drive from Hong Kong International Airport. Catering to both leisure and business travelers, the 373-room Dorsett Kai Tak features interconnecting suites, two luxury suites with private terraces, and the Presidential Harbour View Pool Suite with a 10m lap pool. Hotel amenities include a sky bar, Spanish-Sichuan all-day restaurant Siete Ocho, a rooftop infinity pool, a 100-square-meter fitness center, and a grand ballroom with double-height ceilings.

"Let's start with the positives: The hotel is incredibly close to the concert venue, making it super convenient for shows. They even have a dedicated entrance for quick security checks. It's only a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. Nearby, there's the Kai Tak Retail Hub with plenty of great food and drink options. You can easily snag a table at Chicha San Chen and Sushiro during non-peak hours when there aren't any performances. Now for the negatives: It's not particularly close to Sung Wong Toi or Kai Tak MTR stations. Since it's an eco-friendly hotel, the facilities are a bit basic. However, considering the usual room rates in Hong Kong are quite reasonable, it balances out. That said, during performance events, the room prices skyrocket."

"Explorer Kit - Discover North Point: The hotel's thoughtful gesture of providing vouchers for local eateries was much appreciated. They curated a selection of classic, time-honored establishments nearby. I managed to try all of them except for the egg tart shop, which was a bit too far out of the way. Highly recommend! I even had their sweet tofu pudding from the dessert shop two days in a row. The freshly made egg puffs were perfectly crispy yet soft, with just the right amount of sweetness. Facilities: Although the hotel opened in 2018, the facilities are incredibly well-maintained, clean, and tidy, almost feeling like a brand new hotel. The pool and gym are also excellent, with the rooftop pool offering fantastic sea views. Location: The hotel is conveniently located just across the road from North Point MTR station, with various bus routes and tram stops nearby. This time, I went to MacLehose Trail, and the route from North Point to Hang Hau MTR station, then transferring to bus 101M to Sai Kung, was incredibly convenient and easy to navigate. I traveled with my parents this time, and our room on the 22nd floor offered views of Victoria Harbour. Even though it's not the prime location of Tsim Sha Tsui, the nighttime view was still spectacular. Overall, my whole family was very satisfied 👍"

The breakfast at the hotel was awesome & had great Western options for the whole family. We also used the free shuttle to two MTR stations, making travel around very easy. Shuttles run every 30 minutes. While the hotel isn’t centrally located, the services they provide make up for it. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"The room was spacious, and the balcony was perfect for sitting, enjoying tea, and watching the sea – absolutely ideal for a vacation. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sai Kung town, within walking distance to the pier where you can catch a boat to Sharp Island (Kiu Tsui Chau) to see the tombolo. It's very chill. The hotel is quite large and divided into three sections, so if you don't have a good sense of direction, it's easy to get lost. Also, while it's close to the beach from the hotel, you have to walk along a road where cars drive quite fast, which can be a bit dangerous."

"Booked this place for our last night in Hong Kong as it was right next to the airport and we could depart to the airport later since it was so close. The hotel itself was beautiful I have no complaints about it. The hotel staff spoke perfect english and it seems every other guest here also spoke english. Although it is separated from the main islands of Hong Kong about 30 min drive. It still has plenty of stuff around it. There are alot of restaurants surrounding the hotel and inside the hotel itself, and a 7/11 across the street if you need anything. Hotel staff was amazing and amenities were also good. The gym was decked out and they also have a beautiful pool and locker room with showers and sauna inside. They also offer bus service to take you to the airport which comes and goes every hour and takes about 15 minutes to get there. The room we got was kind of small but very clean and cozy feeling so I didn’t mind at all it also comes with a giant window that does not open, and the bathroom was really nice with a good shower with super strong water pressure. My only complaint is they do not have a washer/dryer area, but I was told they do offer laundry as a service. Another complaint was the “Alexa/Simo” tablet in the room. It was nice that its voice activated and can automatically turn on and off the room lights but the light the tablet emits at night when you try and sleep can be bothersome and made it hard for us to sleep. I felt like it would randomly light up throughout the night for no reason. I kind of wish this place was also located on the main islands as I feel they need nicer hotels in that area and I definitely would have booked if they were. Overall really good stay and would definitely book again if I get another chance."

"It was incredibly convenient to get to the hotel right after taking the high-speed train from Kowloon! As soon as I arrived at the front desk, I was offered two cups of hot tea, which was a lovely, heartwarming touch. The girl who checked me in was professional, patient, and had a wonderful smile; she even proactively upgraded my room. The moment I entered the room and saw the Victoria Harbour view, it felt completely worth the price! The room was impeccably clean – even the ceiling air vents were free of dust and spiderwebs, with no overlooked corners. I had initially worried about the hotel being old given its age, but that concern was totally unfounded. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and enjoying it with the sea view was delightful! When checking out, I had a 4 PM high-speed train and thought it would be perfect if I could extend check-out until after 2 PM. This would allow me to go to Central in the morning, return for an afternoon nap, and then not have to rush back from Central to catch the train. After checking out at 2 PM, I could just stroll downstairs and head to the high-speed train station, making for a smoother route without backtracking. Unfortunately, the guy at the front desk wasn't as accommodating; after much discussion, he reluctantly extended check-out only until 1 PM. That was a bit of a disappointment. However, apart from that, the overall experience was still great and exceeded my expectations. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back again."

Hotel near Wan Chai and Causeway Bay,Hong Kong
The Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay is located in the heart of Causeway Bay, Hong Kong's famous commercial and shopping district, close to the Causeway Bay MTR station and Times Square. Rooms and suites are equipped with LCD TVs, mini-bars, safes and free Wi-Fi. This Hong Kong hotel provides fax and photocopying services. Diners can enjoy international cuisine in the Western restaurant, have freshly brewed coffee in the lobby lounge or relax with cocktails in the bar. For recreation, guests can enjoy the fitness facilities or have a dip in the outdoor swimming pool.

"In a city as bustling as Hong Kong, especially in an upscale, established area like Causeway Bay, many once-famous hotels now seem either dated or too small by today's standards. This hotel, however, is quite new and stylish. The rooms are cleverly designed to feel spacious and comfortable. Its location is extremely convenient, practically across from Times Square (and the MTR station). With a tram stop right outside, both shopping and transportation are a breeze. Our room overlooked the racecourse, offering a delightful view. The rooftop pool is even better, with a lounge on one side and a stunning blend of racecourse views and vibrant cityscapes on the other. The hotel's breakfast buffet is exquisite and varied, and the afternoon tea at the downstairs restaurant is also lovely. Just a heads-up: while this hotel is quite upscale, its policies differ from those in mainland China. For instance, they don't provide shower caps (and a few other small items, though I can't recall what they were). Since we weren't aware of this beforehand, we had to purchase them from the front desk. During our stay, a minor issue arose, but housekeeping quickly resolved it and even offered a small gift as an apology for the inconvenience. We were very touched! We'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time."

Hotel near Wan Chai and Causeway Bay,Hong Kong
Hotel Indigo Hong Kong Island is centrally located in the heart of Wan Chai, one of Hong Kong's most diverse and historic neighborhoods. Wan Chai’s world-class shops, markets, restaurants and bars as well as the Wan Chai MTR (subway) station are at the hotel’s doorstep. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea and coffee at Café Post, which also boasts an alfresco lounge area. The intimate rooftop Skybar serves up classic cocktails, bubbles and great wines as well as delicious snacks. Also on the roof of this four-star Hong Kong hotel is an outdoor infinity glass-bottomed pool. The hotel's fitness center features the latest cardio, strength and weights machines. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi access in public areas.

"This Hotel Indigo is part of the 'Indigo Lite' series, comparable to domestic brands like Orange Hotel Crystal or Atour. First off, the location is excellent, very close to the subway, and everything you need is within walking distance. In terms of location, it's superb. Breakfast is very cheap; for regular guests, it's considered great value, and the quality matches its restaurant name, 'Lite' – meaning it's basic, just enough to get by. If you're a member, it's definitely not worth it. The main issue is the strong smell in the room. It has an open-concept bathroom, is damp, lacks ventilation windows, an air purifier, and an exhaust fan. The entire room reeked of shower gel mixed with mold and dampness. I had to leave after one night; it was truly unbearable to stay in the room. If you're specifically looking for an Indigo experience, you should avoid this one. I'd recommend opting for other standard hotels in the 1000+ price range instead. This place wasn't even on my original itinerary; I was heading to the Crowne Plaza in Causeway Bay, which is decent. **The marketing for this hotel is way too aggressive, they should tone it down a bit.**"

"Overall, very good. I booked a pre-sale deal through Ctrip for just over 590. There was an additional 100 HKD surcharge for checking in on a Friday. This year, the Hong Kong government introduced a 3% tax, which amounted to over 18 HKD. So, the total came to around 700 HKD. We received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room with a 1.3-meter bed. Considering Hong Kong hotel prices, this offered excellent value for money. In terms of location, it's very close to Nam Cheong MTR station, just a 5-minute walk from Exit B. It's only one MTR stop away from West Kowloon. To get to Disneyland, you only need to make one transfer, and it's a total of three stops. The next day, we also visited the Science Museum near Hung Hom station, which was also a direct few stops on the same line. The room was small but incredibly well-equipped. As my daughter put it, 'It's small but cute!' My 7-year-old daughter and I shared a bed, and it was sufficient for us, but for a family of three, this room type wouldn't accommodate everyone comfortably. It seemed possible to cook, as the room had an oven-like appliance, and there appeared to be a communal kitchen too. Since we only stayed for one night, we didn't get to explore all the hotel's facilities. The room was clean, and the bedding was quite comfortable. It would be even better to visit in the summer, as there's also an infinity pool available for use. The service was also excellent. The front desk staff were all very welcoming and enthusiastic. We would definitely consider staying here again!"
