"We specifically chose the Intercontinental for its proximity to the water park, perfect for the kids. Its location right next to SKP is ideal, and the five-star service truly lives up to expectations. The price of 1500 per night during the National Day holiday felt quite reasonable. It's supposedly the world's largest single building, and it really is impressive. The front desk arranged a room very close to the water park entrance. Since we had a child, we had a lot of small, scattered items, and the concierge was incredibly patient and helpful with packing them up. Our butler, Coco, was also incredibly gentle, thoughtful, and provided excellent service. She arranged for us to have breakfast in the executive area and even gave the kids a small gift. She also readily provided band-aids when we needed them. Because we checked in a bit late on the first day and missed the water park, Coco kindly extended our check-out until 4 PM the next day, which allowed us to have a fantastic time! However, I do have a few minor suggestions. While the overall service experience was excellent, the hotel is a bit old, and some of the facilities are showing their age. The sofa covers and the fabric on the outdoor lounge chairs in the courtyard looked stained and quite dirty. The soundproofing in the room also left a bit to be desired. Additionally, the route from the Universal parking lot to the hotel entrance didn't seem very clearly planned; several ride-hailing drivers had trouble finding it, and one even drove around twice before giving up and having us walk the rest of the way. Overall, for anyone looking to enjoy the water park and shop at SKP, it's definitely worth a stay!"

"My stay at the St. Regis was honestly such a pleasant surprise. I had read some mixed reviews before, but everything turned out way better than expected. The room was really spacious, which made a big difference, and breakfast was included, which I really appreciated. The butler service stood out the most,they were super attentive without being over the top. I loved the little touches like 24-hour Grapefruit tea n coffee, and the fact that they can help with unpacking or packing luggage. It saved me time and felt very thoughtful. The fruit plate in the room was also generous and fresh, which was a nice detail. Overall, it was a delightful stay and I’d definitely recommend🥳"

"I stayed here once late last year, and the hotel was very new, spacious, clean, and in a great location with a mall nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. That's why my family of three chose to stay here again on our current trip to Chengdu. Before checking in, we had a dedicated butler, Ella, assist us. Since our room only included two breakfasts, we contacted the butler to request an additional one. I especially want to commend the gentleman on the first floor by the hotel entrance who helped us with our luggage to and from the car. Despite the heavy bags, he always had a smile on his face and actively helped guests coming and going, showing great enthusiasm and professionalism. Just around 12:53 PM today, after seeing us off, he immediately turned to help another guest with their luggage. Such a hardworking and dedicated person makes every guest feel at ease from the moment they arrive, and it truly made our stay at the Hyatt Regency worthwhile. I hope the hotel management sees this and recognizes him."

"The room type experience of Tree Frog Tribe is quite good. Friendly reminder that it is not suitable for very small babies or the elderly, and the stairs are still very steep. But the surrounding environment is good, the service is also good, free drinks and fruit Tremella soup are provided, and you can camp and barbecue. There are not many varieties but you can eat enough. It is recommended to place a vending machine at the front desk to sell instant noodles, potato chips and other snacks."

"A hotel that you want to be a repeat customer of. The service started after placing the order. The housekeeper contacted me by phone and added WeChat to inform me of check-in tips. No matter how late you check in, there is a 24-hour security reception. It feels very safe. Hahaha. Needless to say, the environment around Dong'an Lake. The hotel is in the simple Hui style of architecture. Driving a straight road from the bustling Chunxi. There is a sense of tranquility in a paradise. Sure enough, it was very quiet from night to morning. The breakfast portion was very generous. When I was asked if I wanted noodles or porridge at the beginning. I didn't expect that I was just choosing the staple food. Hahaha. The standard round plate combination is already very rich. I am also satisfied with the hygiene conditions that I care about most. In addition to accommodation, the hotel should also provide outdoor activities such as afternoon tea and meals. The details are that the guest room area and the public play area have card swipe protection for entry and exit. In short, it was a very good accommodation experience."

Even though some hotel staff have asked me to share my thoughts on the hotel experience and their service quality, I usually don't. However, this time, my stay at The Anandi Hotel and Spa Chengdu has genuinely inspired me to write a review for the first time. First and foremost, what strikes me about this hotel is its tranquility. It's a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle, where all you hear are birds chirping and frogs croaking. It's a place where I can truly unwind and read. My good mood starts with breakfast; I love sitting on the Chinese restaurant's terrace every morning, enjoying my meal. Facing a pond full of lotus flowers and vast rice paddies, breathing in the fresh air, and savoring delicious food with the warm service of the staff – it's pure harmony. After breakfast, I'd cycle five laps around the rice fields, working up a good sweat – it's incredibly refreshing! For lunch and dinner, you can dine in the restaurant or in your room. What truly warmed my heart was the enthusiastic service from everyone, from the hotel management down to the frontline staff. Sales Manager Gavin L's warm greetings at breakfast were particularly touching. They even noticed I had a cold sore and promptly sent chrysanthemum tea and stewed pear soup to my room. This kind of thoughtful and meticulous service deeply moved me."

"The hotel is beautiful and the room excellent. Unfortunately the roof top pool was closed without prior notice for our 7 night stay. This was very unexpected in the middle of summer and a major feature of the property. The service is unfortunately patchy, and the amenities not as advertised. The room does not have a service guide - in English or Chinese, the television provides pretty hotel pictures not useful information . The room was often not serviced until after 2pm, about the time you need a cool down and fresh towels in the summer heat. The food was excellent- but like in many cases- the WeChat menu app would work with an international phone number, and no Ali pay version was available, a paper menu would have been handy. We have been to several cities in China and similar hotels while not as beautiful were better organised."

"This time I stayed at Qing'an Rice Field Hotel alone. I wanted to relax. I just arrived at the hotel door and the housekeeper came to greet me. I was very enthusiastic and helped to take my luggage to the room. When I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find the texture and details of the room. The bathroom is spacious, the double basin design is practical and advanced, the black countertop is matched with soft lighting, and the atmosphere is elegant. The bedroom is more comfortable, the bed is soft, the lighting is warm, the carpet is delicate, the whole space is simple and atmospheric, and the quality is everywhere. The service is intimate and thoughtful, not disturbed and responsive to needs at any time. The scenery outside the window is beautiful, the morning sun and the evening sunset are intoxicating. The hotel's breakfast is fresh and delicious, the top floor observation deck has a wide view and an infinity pool, which is very suitable for a person to enjoy quietly. Whether it is a relaxing alone or exploring the surrounding wheat fields and cafes, this trip is particularly pleasant.
