"What you see is what you get! The location is super convenient, right next to Chunxi Road. The living room offers a great view of the street. All three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, and the master bedroom even has a bathtub, along with a full set of toiletries. The bedding is comfortable and clean. The kitchen has a clean fridge and a full range of cooking utensils. I must say, the service was top-notch! When we stored our luggage, they organized it so it was easy to access. They even checked and saved the cherries I left in the fridge, storing them in their service center's fridge. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit!"

I booked the InterContinental Chengdu Global Center for three elderly family members. They had just finished their Jiuzhaigou trip and had raved about their stay at the InterContinental Jiuzhaigou Paradise. I didn't expect this Chengdu property to offer an equally outstanding experience! The hotel is located at No. 1736, North Section of Tianfu Avenue, High-tech Zone, within the landmark Global Center building. With its glass dome, giant crystal chandeliers, and a spacious, high-ceilinged lobby that blends Mediterranean charm with oceanic elements, it's incredibly grand. The elders were full of praise the moment they walked in. The service was simply impeccable, attentive and considerate to the core. Traveling with three elderly individuals often comes with inconveniences, but no matter how big or small the request, the staff responded promptly and resolved issues efficiently. A special shout-out to our butler, Coco, who was incredibly responsive and always there to help, from guiding us through check-in to providing travel advice. She thought of everything, making our elders feel completely at ease. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the surrounding transportation is very convenient, with a subway station within walking distance. The amenities are also excellent. Both InterContinental Paradise hotels delivered a perfect experience. This is definitely a top choice for family trips and for elders traveling. I've already recommended it to friends and family, and we'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chengdu!"

"My travel plans changed, so I ended up staying here last minute. I checked in close to midnight, but the doorman was still incredibly warm and prompt. Both check-in and check-out luggage were handled by the butler. My honey pomelo tea, ordered at 1 AM, arrived exactly on time. At 2 AM, the butler quickly came to my room to resolve an issue. Even at 3 AM, my WeChat messages to the butler were answered instantly. The service was absolutely impeccable. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and everything tasted delicious. As soon as I sat down, a server came over to ask if I wanted tea or coffee. Both the chefs and servers had big smiles on their faces 😊. The ceiling height of this basic room type is the highest I've seen in China that I can recall, estimated at 3.6 meters."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to the subway station. Parking is available in the underground parking lot, and the elevator takes you directly to the first floor for check-in. There's a popular hot pot restaurant nearby called ”Mo Shang Hua Kai Ting Yuan” (陌上花开庭火锅), known for its delicious food. A large supermarket is right downstairs, making shopping easy. All the amenities are taken care of; it's a 20-minute walk to see the pandas. It's a 40-minute drive from Sanxingdui, much easier than going into downtown Chengdu. The hotel entrance features a large eye-shaped rock formation revered by the Sanxingdui people."

"Overall the experience is great, as this is a repeated stay. Krystal, the butler, has been attentive, friendly and will to your every request to make your stay one of a kind experiences. During this time, as China is still currently in winter phase, they are still currently using central heater, thus it make it a bit hard for people who prefer cooler conditions, but do take not that it is not their problems, as the whole of China is doing this. They have been great enough to provide fans to cool down the room and even change a bigger room for me for better ventilation. The location may be a bit outskirts of ChengDu, but everything you would need is in reached as there is mall beside the hotel and another mall not far away. Thus, CYNN would be a recommended choice and my first choice when returning back."

"This hotel is truly a paradise for families with kids! I had such a wonderful two-day, one-night stay. As soon as we entered, there was a huge private hot spring. The two kids immediately jumped in for a swim after we filled it. When they got hungry, we headed to the lounge for some light meals, which came with our executive room. I'm on a diet so I only had sugar-free yogurt, while the kids enjoyed juice, drumsticks, bread with butter... it completely saved us the cost of dinner. After eating, they went back to swimming. I just relaxed, playing games and screen-mirroring shows. The next morning, we woke up and went for breakfast. Back in the room, they took a shower, had their hair dried, and then were dropped off at the kids' play area, haha! Then we went home and had dinner again. At one point, my younger daughter lost her toy. The staff were incredibly kind; they helped comfort her and immediately contacted various departments to help us find it. Truly very nice. When we got home, the first thing she said was, ”Mommy, we'll be really good so we can go again next time, okay?” Yes, yes, yes! Absolutely! I genuinely recommend this hotel, it's so good it makes you forget to complain!"

"A hotel that you want to be a repeat customer of. The service started after placing the order. The housekeeper contacted me by phone and added WeChat to inform me of check-in tips. "The environment has a Western Sichuan style, and the facilities are quite compact. The lobby has a guesthouse-like feel. The parking lot is a bit of a distance from the hotel. The hotel rooms are decent. The private hot spring baths at Qizige are relatively private, and it's a good place to spend the weekend when the weather is cool. What's particularly worth mentioning is the excellent human touch at the hotel; the service staff are all very nice. Kayla, despite being a girl, enthusiastically helped carry luggage like a tomboy. Even though I booked the room after 10 PM, she was still very warm and helpful in arranging things via WeChat, showing no sign of fatigue.
