The hotel is good and staff is very untrained and badtameez they have no hospitality atticates and now as the hotel is getting good occupancy they have a feeling that they can misbehave and talk rude with guests the restaurent ***ager is like sadak ka gunda who not only argues unnecessarily but instead of apologising is again ready to fight and gives an attitude as if they dont need guests now and have good occupancy

the reception staff in night is very good and down to earth . but in day the staff is rude. hotel has one ***ger which is very helpful and cares about your stay. everything is good about this hotel, clean rooms good food and location. the night staff also suggested itinarary for traveling around . there was christmas going on and their was decoration at hotel which i liked. they distributed free choclates to kid. a good gesture.

We took 3 rooms for 3 days and the stay was very comfortable. Pros: The staff was very courteous and attentive to all our needs. Front desk helped us in sightseeing. Location is very good with connectivity and eateries nearby. The corner rooms are very spacious. Daily housekeeping was done, entire property was well maintained and clean. Cons: In house restaurant food quality can be improved. Prices are very high for the food and quantity they offer. Breakfast has only 2 options. Since there are ***y eateries nearby we took outside food most of the days. Balcony room was very sunny and could be uncomfortable if you do not like too much warmth and light.

Family friendly hotel in residential area. Convenient location. Rooms good size and decor. All en-suite. 4th floor restaurant is well decorated with good city views. Food and drinks quality great. Very friendly staff and owners. We took 3 rooms for 4 days. Cleanliness spotless!

PROS : Affordable rates, acceptably clean rooms. Convenient location with respect to places like Sarafa Bazar, Rajwada etc. Courteous staff. CONS : Rooms not maintained properly, lack of professional ***agement is evident. Poor housekeeping. Poor Kitchen / Catering service.
