Very nice quiet and clean facility. Unfortunately the check in was not friendly at all nor the problem they were having. As I entered the Lovby no one greeted me , the agent was on the phone but not conversating , almost like he was on Hild, and still did not acknowledge my presence not knowing what was going on. Apparently there system was down prior to my arrival and waited 45 min to check in. We were tied and wanted to rest, but I understood the situation they had going on at that moment. Not complaining at all the place was emasculate clean smelled good , and we enjoyed our stay. Thee only thing bad I would say is Staff should greet the CUSTOMER or CUSTOMERS when walking in to the lobby to check in or acknowledge that person in there LOBBY.
