There was a large roach in our room. The property manager only offered to comp our parking. Such a disappointment for how much we paid for the room.

Proximity and cleanliness. Although I don’t think paying guests should have to pay $45 to park in the hotel parking garage. it should be free.

Excellent hotel, great location, great view, clean, comfortable beds, great amenities, and staff was so nice, the breakfast was also amazing. I would definitely stay there again! The only downfall was that you have to pay for parking.

Great location. Clean. Great staff. Only issue was thin walls. We could hear things outside on the street, in the hallways and the room next to us. Make sure if you use valet you text ahead of time for your vehicle. We didn’t know to do so and waited almost 40 minutes for our car.

I was extremely impressed with front desk reception. I was attended to by staff member, Jennifer. She made my check in experience absolutely delightful with her professional friendly and courteous assistance I almost hesitated to walk away from the desk.

The hot water took 20 minutes to get hot and the ice machine on our floor didn’t work but other than that everything was fine.

Very Clean facility, lacking water presure, Check-in Staff (red-eye) was less then helpful after spending ten minutes looking for someone.
