Hyatt Place Indianapolis Downtown

it ok but in the beginning at check in and check out the front desk said should be pay!!! How !!! I don’t know in the end and after discussion with hotel management It turned out that the reception staff did not know that the payment was made by a third party and that my card was different from the travel agency's card. It was sad and they made me tired with them. Add that the room was overlooking a basketball court and a public street, and it was the worst days of the trip, so I couldn't sleep peacefully.

Very clean, comfy beds and straight across the street from the stadium! Definitely will be back

Convenient location with many restaurant options in walking distance. Punchbowl social was a hit with our kids. Breakfast was nice. Pool was fun for the kids.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was nice and clean. We went to the bar for a couple of drinks later that evening, the bartender was super nice. We had a delicious breakfast the next morning, and a quick and easy checkout. We look forward to booking another stay in the future!

I was very impressed for someone like myself who doesn't travel often. The hotel was convenient, rooms were nice and decor was simple but while providing comfort with affordability. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a variety of options. With the high prices, having a hotel to supply a breakfast buffet was a steal. Thank you Hyatt Place!

First room had a wet stain on the mattress and sheet so they loved us. Second room was amazing. We had the view of Gainbridge Stadium which we enjoyed. The breakfast on the weekend was much better than the breakfast on weekdays. The staff was nice. Pivot restaurant inside the hotel was really good.
