Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis West

Room was clean and tidy, but the TV didn't work, had sound but no picture, the curtain rod was bent and coming of the wall, shower curtain rod loose and unable to hold curtain, light fixture over the sink was crooked and coming off the wall, hair dryer plastic housing splitting open at the seem, linens were clean and there were No roaches or bed bugs

The front desk was very nice and the room was very clean.

Very clean and nice people has nice tubs in certain rooms as well

Rooms arent new, but they were clean. Great value for a family that just needs a place to sleep. Well lit parking lot, right next to cracker barrel, was very pleased with our stay

The hotel is dated and could use some TLC, but the staff were nice. The water pressure and hot water were perfect. WIFI worked good.

No handicap rooms available. Had to find another site. I have tried to cancel the charges as we did stay there.Please advice contact I need to cancel charges.

Room was good, clean, didn’t smell. But the hallways smells like recreational green activities if you know what I mean. Not sure if people who stay there long term were smoking or what, but it was very apparent once you got past the front desk. Breakfast was ok, not a large selection of hot food, only scrambled eggs, sausage links and make your own waffles. Otherwise, cereal, small muffins, toast and bagels. Overall not too bad for the price. Staff was friendly.

Cost too much for what we got. Had to fight to get the rollaway we asked for, rollaway was pure metal coils with no cushion, toenails in the bathtub, towels had holes in them, furniture was falling apart, hair dryer hanging on wall by a string, shower took more than 5 minute to warm up, shower curtain wouldn’t close so water went all over floor…

For the price I paid it was ok. Bathroom door needs replaced and not enough hot water.
