I would have given a 5 for services except there was no hot water the day I checked which made the shower I took a little frosty! And we did not get hot water until the next morning.

Stay away from this this hotel at all cost. Service is terrible, front desk only follow management rules no common sense approach. . Spent 4 nights here and I never like it. Nothing special here. This is like 1 start hotel in China. As a foreigner living in China and traveling all over the world I would stay service here is most terrible. The front desk staff don’t even smile. They are like Robot. Hate it

Me and my husband was on the 14th floor, the room was excellent, staff was amazing and the property was wonderful!!! We are at the restaurant Conners and it was amazing! Great stay overall!

Outlets did not work on lights next to bed. Therefore, could not charge phones watches etc. Book through a booking app and had a set price. Once I received the bill it contained additional charges I was not initially aware of. Visible climbs of dust and hair on floor near base boards. And visible cobwebs with dead spiders.
