Courtyard Indianapolis Downtown

Parking fees are definitely unnecessary. No one should ever charge their guest to park and they’re there for a conference 5 days at that. Other than that……it was a nice experience.

parking is easy. location is good. the facilities are little bit old. and some buttons of elevator was broken.

Read the valet parking because the parking garage was hard to get in. No one told us that we had to check in first to park first. There was no breakfast.

Property was very dirty, everywhere. Trash in halls and dead bugs in elevator. Sheets wouldn’t stay on bed so we kept waking up on the plastic mattress cover. No towels in the room. Went to desk to ask for them but they ran out so we got two hand towels and two wash rags, for our family of 4.

Breakfast was great and I enjoyed the food and beverages available. The staff were welcoming with friendly greetings. Check-in was efficient and professional.

They have private garage which you need pay, about $20 per day. Also you need pay for the breakfast, not free. The best part is the location, super good for visiting downtown, white river park, museums, restaurants and feel safe. One thing I want to complain is microwave inside room.

The property is in an excellent location for downtow and opposite two of the main museums. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. There is a small bistro bar on site and a larger sports bar restaurant in the Marriot next door. The only thing I would have liked is a safe in the room which surprised me that there wasn't one

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and the location was great. The skywalk takes you right over to the convention center without having to go outside and deal with cars and street lights. Lots of restaurants near by that we could walk to.

Good location, no microwave in the room, only a bistro for food and it was very limited.
