Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown

Our air conditioning was out when we stayed and all they had to help was a fan. The staff was very nice and friendly about the situation, but it was unacceptable that they did not offer us a reduced rate for our 82 degree room we had to sleep in! I think they should do a better job checking to make sure their AC works before booking rooms. The cleaning staff told us this is a recurring complaint at this hotel. Loved the view, but it's not worth sweating all night and having a hard time sleeping!

Awesome hotel. Awesome location! Overall this is a very neat hotel. It’s an older building downtown converted into a hotel, keeping the older charm intact but without you having to feel like you are staying in an old building

Everything was fine, including the breakfast. The only hiccup was they changed our beds without a notice whatsoever.

My room was comfy and spacious. Bed was extremely comfy! Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were several good restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The staff was excellent friendly and thoughtful parking with easy with valet . The room was clean the bed and beading excellent, I slept so good didn’t want to get up. Highly recommended

The room was super hot. Ended up AC was not working and room crept up from 74 to 80 degrees! Staff brought a box fan which helped us get through the first night and then they had HVAC team fix it while we were gone the next night thank goodness or we may have had to ask for a room change.

Older hotel that has been refurbished in downtown Indy. Nice accommodations and comfortable rooms. Worked out well as we were within walking distance of Gainbridge Arena and did not need a vehicle for transportation. There are some questionable nightclubs near the hotel so I would not recommend walking by yourself later on at night. That was the only issue for staying here. Otherwise a nice staff and great hotel!
