Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Airport

Staff was great property was serviceable. Had an issue over night with noise caused by a mechanical failure and had to switch rooms

The rooms had a terrible odor. We switched rooms and found it was in more than one room. The smell was like bad body odor.

Our room was spotlessly clean. The staff was very friendly. Overall a very nice experience.

Rooms were clean, didn’t use any of the amenities on this short stay. Staff was VERY courteous and friendly. Perfect location for flights out of Indy airport (with shuttle included)

KRISTI WAS AWESOME!! I had a bad travel day and she was great with texting with me about my room and shuttles since my whole schedule was delayed. She made a bad travel day not so bad when I arrived at the hotel.

The bathroom was more small than the regular ones , I thought that the breakfast was free , but it wasn’t

Well Hilton normally had a presentable property but this location near the airport is better avoided. There was a distinct Body Odor that lingered in the room during the 6 hours we bedded down. The bathroom floor caulk was dirty and slightly cracked along the tub. The TV remote was missing but we arrived so late it didn't occur to us to watch TV. Hilton, you need to do better especially for the price.

Smoke detectors kept beeping, charged for my stay without using *******, paid for breakfast and had to jump through hoops to figure it. Room not the cleanest

Bad weather in Indianapolis led to a stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
