For the cost it was a perfect place to stay. It was clean, quiet and the staff was nice. The breakfast was continental so cereal, yogurt and waffles were as expected. Coffee was good and always ready. I would stay again if in the area.

We were looking for an inexpensive hotel for a short overnight and this place was perfect for what we needed. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. They provided all the amenities. Breakfast could have used a wider selection, but they did provide something we enjoyed. There is no sense in spending an excessive amount of money for an overnight stay when you have a place like this.

Blood on the coverlet, room didnt feel clean and had cracked sink in bathroom. They did move us to another room. The thermostat was set at 54. Will not be staying at another Clarmont

Staff was friendly, room was large and clean, plumbing and temperature control were easy to work. A little surprised to find the accessible rooms at the far end of the third floor.

Room was clean however, the appears on the website was a bit misleading. Staff was pleasant and kind

The rooms are very clean. I liked the fact that there is a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was exceptional. I stayed for 5 days and all staff were friendly and courteous. The only minus for me was the sink being outside of the bathroom. Again a personal preference. I definitely would return.

Mold in the bathroom, dirt and grime throughout the room. Smelled so bad of smoke. We ended up leaving and didn’t want to stay the night due to the conditions.

Staff was tremendous. Everyone was so excited and nice. Rood was great.
