청결도가 최악이에요…
침구류도 청결하지 못하고
심지어 침대밑에 담배 꽁초까지 최악이었습니다.

월미도 근처에 있는 호텔이라 근접성은 뛰어나지만 호텔 자체는 시설이 너무 오래되어 불편하고 지저분 합니다.가족들 평간는 아주 좋지 않으며 다음에는 갈 의향이 없습니다.

두 아이들과 월미도 첫 여행에 처음 가보는 관광호텔 이었어요. 친절하고 깔끔한 숙소였는데 외부 방음은 좀 부족해서 밤늦게 밖에서 들리는 폭죽소리 야구장 배팅 소리는 좀 신경쓰였지만 다른 건 대체로 다 만족스러웠습니다. 월미도에서 2박 하는 동안 즐거운 여행이었어요. 또 가고 싶네용.ㅎㅎ

前台的服務態度很好。總體來説除了房間的設施有問題以外 沒有太大的不滿 空調不出冷風 一直自動關機 不敢開窗 沒有紗窗怕餵了蚊子

I planned a trip to Incheon as a family trip and visited Wolmido Island, and it was nice to be located within walking distance. I've been assigned a room with two queen beds,
It was a room with no shortage for two adults and two children.
It was not cheap to stay overnight because it was rated as a tourist hotel, but it was good to stay without any inconvenience.

Me and my kids loved the staff at Ruby Tourist Hotel. As foreigners and my kids' first trip out of the U.S. we appreciated the kindness of the staff. They made sure we all were comfortable. Thank you!
