Incheon Juan Glam

I stayed here for three days for a concert. It felt like a love hotel, but the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided amenities, a hair dryer, and a hair iron. They didn't speak Japanese, but I was able to communicate somehow.

The hotel staff were very kind. I was able to ask questions easily. Coffee and water were available free of charge at any time. There were also kitchen supplies, which was very helpful.

The staff are incredibly nice! When I checked in, it was a man, but he carefully explained everything, like how to turn on the TV. There was free all-you-can-drink coffee, and he taught me how to make it, saying things like, "This much for iced coffee, this much for hot coffee," and he greeted me every time he passed by the front desk. He also brought me a pedal bike when I was late getting one, telling me, "This one's delicious, but it's spicy, haha." Amenities included mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I think they mentioned cleaning, but that never happened during my three nights. 💦 Towels aren't changed, so you just have to take the number you need from the stock at the stairs each time. The room was equipped with the bare necessities, and the slippers were disposable! The refrigerator was the smallest I've ever seen, and it only seemed to hold about four 500ml plastic bottles. I chose a room with a bathtub, but it was so big that it only filled up to about ankle height even after an hour, so I gave up on it. The location is convenient, with a convenience store right across the street, and the station is about a 10-minute walk away. It's one block away from the main road, and the road is a steep uphill climb, so be careful. However, there's a large convenience store right once you get onto the main road, so that was also very convenient! I'd like to stay here again if I'm staying in the Incheon area next time!

The boss is super nice. He came to pick us up even when we couldn't find the subway exit at night. He speaks very good Chinese! Basically barrier-free communication. The hotel is also very clean. It is much larger than the hotels in Seoul. It is very convenient to have a cu at the door! 대단히 감사합니다!

I came to see the Seventeen concert. The hotel room was very good, with a refrigerator. There was a CU convenience store at the door. The owner was also very nice and welcoming. I arrived around 3 am and the owner was there too. I recommend teachers who come to the Incheon Asian Games Main Stadium to watch the concert to stay here. It's not far from the venue and is close to the subway station.
