We had very pleasant and relaxing days, an amazing and unforgettable experience. We were welcomed by a qualified staff, besides the beauty of the nature, the beach, warm swimming pool… The breakfast menu changes each day, with delicious bred and pastry prepared at the hotel.

This exclusive resort has beautiful suites with amazing view. The access to the beach is somehow of an adventure: many steps and a boat trip to cross a lagoon. Sevice is good and very friendly. The pool is great if you like to swim. Amazingly enough, if you arrive before check-in time or have a late flight, they would not hold your bags!!!!! Strange for a location far from the nearest airport. In the middle of the pandemic, reception did not have complementary face masks. Small details that should be worth correcting

Minha esposa e eu sempre adoramos essa pousada — tanto que, neste final de semana, completamos nossa quinta visita em quatro anos. No entanto, desta vez saímos tristes e decepcionados com a queda significativa na qualidade do atendimento. Tivemos problemas com o agendamento de serviços oferecidos pelo hotel e, o mais frustrante, foi perceber a falta de interesse da recepção em corrigir a situação ou, ao menos, tentar amenizar a experiência negativa que tivemos. No momento do checkout, a ficha de avaliação — normalmente entregue a todos os hóspedes — não nos foi oferecida, provavelmente porque já imaginavam que nossa avaliação não seria positiva. Depois de quase cinco anos frequentando e recomendando a pousada, infelizmente, decidimos que não retornaremos mais.
