Good Hotel to stay at in Ilo Ilo City Centre! Positives: - cleanliness - drinking water provided on corridor - good Aircon Negatives: - outdated poor condition facilities (shower, taps, furniture) - variable quality internet - no cutlery, no plates - the advertised western breakfast is Filipino breakfast options only in reality - coffee was offered for 1 day for my entire stay, no top up, no tea - no cleaning of room offered, happened

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The amenities were incomplete, the bed sheets had numerous stains, and the floors had visible white stains that made the room feel unclean. The staff were not accommodating, and there was no basic greeting or sense of hospitality. The property needs significant improvement in both cleanliness and customer service.

The staff is very friendly and very accomodating. The place is clean. It is the 2nd time that we book this hotel already.

The establishment doth possess a somewhat warm ambiance. Whilst a smattering of dust may be observed, it shall suffice for a brief interlude. The staff, I must avow, are most amiable and accommodating. Though initially, the lack of amenities caused concern, they are, in truth, available upon request, a fact readily clarified by the front desk. I am particularly gratified by the ample provision of hangers and the water is splendid, most especially the heated variety. The twin bed proves adequate, minor blemishes notwithstanding. Indeed, for a temporary haven in times of exigency, it serves admirably. The air conditioning chills most effectively, and the modern television, complete with Netflix and YouTube, proves a delightful diversion. A water heater is provided, though sustenance is not served within the chambers, a restaurant on the ground floor notwithstanding. Though it oft appears unoccupied. In summation, I deem it worthy of 3.8 stars.

Never fail us every time. We plan to stay here every time we are in Iloilo.

very clean and quite i recommend this hotel

The room was neat and clean. the staff where very friendly and approachable. Over all the accomodation was great.

Pros: 1. Location was near to eating places and shopping centre 2. Excellent staff who helped us with getting to attractions using public transport and were always so smiley and polite Cons: 1. You need to ask for room making 2. Could see areas that require cleaning 3. Rooms were looking tired and in need of repair/upgrade 4. No hairdryer

Our stay was good, the air conditioning was soo cold and the water was warm also.

I book it an hour before checking in. Amenities are complete, room is clean and tidy. Staff are accommodating.
