Cana Brava All Inclusive Resort

Value for money, the hotel was quite reasonable, but overall it is a very average hotel. Rooms were clean but very basic, e.g. not a single drawer anywhere in the room to put clothes in. Everything looked quite old. Virtually no-one spoke English, which is obviously fine given the location, but just a note for future guests. I was with brazillians and so it was fine, but if I had been by myself or only with English speakers, it would have been a very difficult stay. Food was plentiful and the restaurants seemed to cope well with volume of people, but the food was quite poor. Given the cost however, it was probably as expected. I would not return and I would not recommend for English speakers.

Pior All Inclusive( se é que pode ser chamado assim) que já fui, nada de bem estar dos clientes. O preço é o mesmo de outros como o Ocean Palace ou o Salinas, mas pelo valor pago, a qualidade é de pousada 3 estrelas... 1- Uma toalha por dia para o Hóspede ficar na piscina, sem direito a troca. 2- Internet é uma M****, quando consegue conexão, é lenta mas depois de 30 segundos já cai ... e não adianta reclamar, reclamei varias vezes... 3- Não se assuste, mas a água é de galão de 20 litros, isso mesmo, um all inclusive que não fornece água em garrafas nas piscinas, se vc quiser dar uma volta na praia e levar uma água vai passar sede. 4- Refrigerantes são Pepsi, Sukita, Soda e Guaraná antártica, ao meu ver deveria ser COCA, FANTA, SPRITE E Guaraná Antártica, e o pior, é de maquina, vive faltando, pouco gás. Não são latas, isso por ser resort all inclusive. 5- Bebidas alcoólicas limitadíssimas, tem bebida não inclusa( isso mesmo, all inclusive, aconselho perguntar antes de ir as marcas para não haver maior frustração), tem que pagar, inclusive energético. Cerveja e Chopp ficam voltados para dentro do balcão, ou seja, tem que pedir para conseguir, ou seja esperar numa fila desorganizada. 6- Funcionários com cara fechada, sobrecarregados, pois são poucos para atender a quantia de hóspedes. 7- não tem fila para pegar bebidas, e como são poucos funcionários, os mesmos não tem controle de quem chegou primeiro, lentíssimo, desorganizado. 8- O sorvete é uma piada, passa um funcionário com um carrinho, com pouquíssimos sorvetes, ele nem vai até as piscinas... só da uma passada e vai embora, apelidamos de sorvete BAMBAM, acaba em 36 segundos, portanto, se seu filho quiser sorvete na piscina, tem que dar sorte e ficar esperto, se não fica sem... 9- Variedade ridícula de comida no restaurante principal para um resort, não tem picanha, file mignon esquece. Eles colocam em foco um funcionário para picar coxão mole( isso mesmo) como se fosse uma carne de alto padrão. Quanto a qualidade da comida, carne dura e com nervos, camarão descascado??? coloca com casca mesmo, mas pelo menos vem sem cabeça... 10- café da manhã fraquíssimo, os iogurtes são péssimos, suco de uva com gosto de plástico, o suco de laranja você começa a pegar na maquina ele vai clareando até virar água kkkkkk. 11- chuveiro com baixíssima vazão de água, shampoo fica em uma caixa plástica dentro do box, que vc fica batendo toda hora pois o espeço é minúsculo, torneira da pia não tem água quente. Varal de 1 metro para colocar roupas de 4 pessoas... 12- Quarto para 4 pessoas, deixam 3 ou 4 garrafas de água de 500ml, se você pede pra deixar pelo menos 12, o cara que entrega reclama porque foge do padrão kkkkk. 13- Água de coco de galão, isso mesmo, não tem COCO no Resort. 14- Tem um restaurante chamado COCO DENDE, durante a estadia você pode ir uma vez, o cardápio não tem nada de mais... 15- No ato do check-in, te avisam que o check-out é meia dia, mas se você quiser ficar até as 14h para almoçar e u

The food was fantastic! The variety, the number of healthy and vegan options, the labels for gluten and dairy allergies, salad and fruit bar, desert bar, and special meals cooked on demand were all wonderful. The pools and beach areas were well-maintained. The staff are all very friendly, which also set the culture for the guests. Everyone was friendly. Not everyone speaks English, and if you share a need with someone who doesn't speak English, they may say, "Yes. Yes." and having not understood, actually do nothing. If they do not hand you off to someone who does speak English, do not expect your needs to be met. For business, the conference rooms were large and the technical support accommodated our needs well. The food and coffee for our breaks was delicious and beautiful. We had one glitch with a power outage. The entertainment was good fun, especially Friday night. There was one day when all the room keys in the entire resort were reset. That was challenging. Coming from the US, traveling as a single female, I was concerned about security. Upon checking the locks to my original room, they were not working correctly, and there was no closing latch on the bathroom window. I was thankfully moved (a couple hours later) to a room with working door locks, and a latch for the window, but it was concerning that those details weren't proactively managed, especially after expressing concern for safety upon check-in. I would have loved to take my family here when the kids were small.

O Jantar no Coco do dendê foi espetacular. Sem contar no atendimento do garçom Guilherme Alves, o garoto é barril! Todos os pratos estavam deliciosos. Local muito agradável e familiar. Com certeza indicarei a outros amigos e conhecidos.

It is an excellent resort. I loved. Everything close, the food options very good. I want to take my grandchildren next year that I complete 70 years. I did not like: 1- They say you have wifi in the Chalet. Even calling the reception during 3 days for them to resolve, did not happened. I gave up. But this is not nice. 2- The first afternoon the room maid come at 15:30 PM. I asked to come the next day between 10:00 AM and 1:30PM. After that we need to relax because of the beach and lunch.... I even called the housekeeper and asked for that. It did not help. Happened again 3 days..... So my room was not cleaned 3 days. But even when they cleaned it wasn't very good... 3- Ah.... parece que a enfermaria deles não tem muitas coisas. Precisei de soro caseiro e tivemos que pedir de uma farmácia de fora e a recepção tb n pôde nem levar no quarto....
