Excelente custo benefício, atendimento básico e satisfatório! A proprietária já ganhou nossa admiração ao libera o quarto 2 horas antes do check in pra meus filhos descansar, tem meu respeito e agradecimento! Não tem café da manhã, no entanto uma boa cozinha pra todos compartilhar, um bom estacionamento, quartos muito bom espaço legal só o chuveiro deixou a desejar! Única ressalva é a localização que é necessário estar de carro ou alugar um na NOVAOPÇÃO LOCADORA,. Pois todas as Praias estão longe (Norte / Sul). Mas vale a pena ficar hospedado sim!

Minha experiência foi péssima, chegamos na pousada antes do check in e nos autorizaram a deixar nossas bagagens na recepção, ao chegar à noite na pousada, fui abrir minha carteira (que estava no mochila que ficou na recepção) o dinheiro não estava mais lá, se trata de 300,00, entrei em contato com os donos e não me respaldaram em nada em relação ao meu prejuízo, o que é um absurdo, pois as malas ficaram sob responsabilidade deles! Além do mais as toalhas estavam unidas, com manchas, na cozinha o microondas não funciona e falta utensílios! Definitivamente, não recomendo!

Estávamos em 6 amigas, pegamos 2 quartos triplos. Deixamos nossas malas na recepção, o que foi acordado pela pousada, até que nós retornássemos da praia, pois chegamos antes do horário do check in. Uma das minhas amigas deixou sua carteira dentro de uma das malas e notou que sumiu R$ 300,00 em dinheiro quando pegou as malas. Falamos com o pessoal da pousada e nada foi feito. Também não havia lençóis e cobertores no quarto. Ilhabela é um lugar sensacional, mas não recomento essa pousada.

Deixamos nossas malas na recepção da pousada para aguardar o check-in e, ao voltarmos, já nos quartos percebemos que havia sumido 200 reais da mochila de uma amiga e a minha mala estava com o zíper entreaberto, com sinais de tentativa de abrir. Tentamos contato com o gerente, mas ninguém se responsabiliza pelo furto e ressarcimento.

Muitíssimo bom o lugar, com uma atimosfera ótima, boa gastronomia boas praias lugar tranquilo para passar um final de semana, se cuidar com os borrachudos pela manhã mas se passar um repelente tudo fica bom
