The prices of food, transportation and exchange rates are aligned with street value. Additionally, the food was great. Customer service was hospitable. I personally didn’t appreciate the fact that additional 2000 niara was charged on every delivery of food at the room even when the client is not well to go downstairs

I don’t think this place is that good and seems to be very old and not maintained that way. The restaurant staff is not cooperative and charges you extra if not careful. Food is not good. Breakfast is useless unless if you are local and taste for local food. I don’t recommend this place never

My booking through your company ******* was not honored. I was ashamed and humiliated thinking I am good to go until I arrived and was dumb fold when they cannot find my reservation and they claimed they don’t have business with ******* and your company never make such reservations with them. I want my money back and compensation for all I went through because of your company negligence. My lawyer will contact you if the right thing is not done by your company.
