It is a location less than 10 minutes walk from Itami Airport. It is on the JAL side. The room was quite large, especially the bathtub was very large. The facilities felt old overall. The soundproofing was good or the sound in the building was not at all, but the road that was in contact seemed to have a traffic volume at night, and the sound outside felt a bit noisy.
