Our first visit to Croatia but it won’t be the last. Absolutely beautiful country. The transfer to this hotel was long (3 hours) but it was worth it. Stunning sea views from the restaurant and terrace, it was a real highlight to eat outside with an incredible view. The food is OK, lots of choice and some dishes cooked fresh in front of you. There was never a problem getting a table, and the staff are very friendly and hard-working, very quick to clear plates/tables. Two lovely pools, I enjoyed both and it was always easy to get a sun lounger. We nearly booked a Bali Bed, but these seemed very overpriced and had no privacy at all (all lined up next to each other) so we preferred the loungers. There are some nice seating areas under shade to read a book, which was a nice touch. Aqua aerobics was fantastic, and the gym was good. There is a small town to walk around after dinner, and we enjoyed the entertainment in the hotel (the male singer was absolutely fantastic). Cocktails are good but fairly expensive. The gin party was good fun, and we tried some fab Croatian gin with local herbs. You have to pay for sun loungers on the beach, which seemed a bit off. Fantastic swimming from the beach, and paddle boards are available to hire. Worth bringing sea shoes as it’s very pebbly. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you.

Peaceful and clean Hotel, welcoming atmosphere. Location and view just perfect for relaxation. Different kind of activities available for sunny and for rainy days. Extremely friendly staff. Cook Emir’s omelettes will make your day. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had an amazing stay here, in the most beautiful setting with very welcoming and helpful staff. Good choice of food and very relaxed atmosphere. After a few days we have been upgraded and spent the rest of our vacation in the stunning room with seaview & swim up pool. Seeing dolphins from our terrace was an incredible experience! Thank you so much Ivana & team for making our stay so special! Kristof

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Marin he carried our bags and luggage to our room he also helped us get a ride to Makarska (shuttle bus). First we had the economy room then we got upgraded to superior for no additional fees. The room was very clean and well kept. The bed was very comfy. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, the breakfast was amazing just like the dinner too. Drinks were cheap at the main bar. We also tried both of the pools (main pool and infinity pool), which were clean and not too crowded. The water was warm in the pools (24-26 celsius). Thanks to the whole hotel staff for making are stay unforgettable. -Niko

Igrane is well worth the 2-hour taxi ride from Split airport - its quiet, you've got mountain walks and the sea is beautiful. The weather was superb. Positives about the hotel: Ivana, the reception manager - she went out of her way to help us move rooms when our first room didn't quite come up to scratch. She also gave us really helpful info for a walk in the hills and overall, was just the type of person you hope you'll find on reception - friendly, professional and kind. Secondly, the food was great - varied and we looked forward to eating there every time. Lastly, the gym instructor - we didn't do his classes but we were there when he was giving them - I can only respect his energy and the guys in his classes really got a lot out of them. Negatives: our first room was affected by the strong winds in terms of the patio door not being able to stay open. However, I was more interested in how Ivana dealt with the situation, which was excellent. Having to pay for sun beds at the end of our stay - we hadn't been told about it and although not a great amount, it was still annoying to be charged for them. Lastly, the running machine in the gym is broken - it turns off when you're running which was dangerous. Saying that, there are two good runs you can do outside which are well worth running. Away from the hotel, it's worth doing the 'Pirate Ship' trip to a beach and small town opposite Igrane - it's very relaxed and you get plenty of time to chill out in the sun without being rushed. The food on board was also well done - basic but more than we were expecting.

This adults only TUI hotel was well situated close to the harbour in a lovely quaint authentic unspoilt by tourism town. A shuttle bus available to Makarska was available, a busier livelier resort. The hotel was immaculately clean and smelled fresh wherever you went. Cleaning staff worked hard and were not invasive. The staff were welcoming and friendly always happy to help. Our room was a superior spacious one on the top floor 623 overlooking the entertainment which wrapped up at around 10.30 so did not disturb an early night and was of a really good standard, great music. Beautiful sea view also. The restaurant staff worked hard , special mentions to Denis and Amir who were always so pleasant. Food was nice and varied. Culinarium restaurant on site was great too but staff not as friendly as main hotel. The pool was nice and no stampede for beds but most taken by 10am. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in a more authentic resort this is for you. Lovely to see birds nesting in the hotel undisturbed contrary to a previous review. These birds are not vermin so should not be disturbed and a pleasure to view. Mixed nationalities here but all seeking a peaceful holiday they were great and we met some lovely people. This hotel/resort is quiet and low key and is probably not great for partygoers or elderly as the pebble beaches are hard to walk on and lots of inclines and steps. Overall we had a great stay and we’re well looked after and we came back to the UK refreshed and recharge and in awe of this beautiful unspoilt country. Thank you to all the staff. Ruth and Craig UK

Worst Hotel Ever! Not only did the wardrobe break, it was infested with moths. Then to make matters worse our balcony was covered in birds nests with birds flying in and out every day and every night. The birds pooped all over our balcony and all over our wet swimming costumes. They would fly into the room if we left the door open. The staff are rude and aggressive. The restaurant is worse than poor. It’s unclean. The staff are very sexist so if you are going to this hotel I suggest you don’t go as a female on your own. TUI rep was very unhelpful and not understanding. None of the other TUI hotels have birds nests just this one. They wouldn’t let us move rooms. They offered us to love hotels initially and then went back on the offer. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and you have to drag your luggage up a hill. I wish we had read previous reviews before wasting our money. I would never ever book with TUI ever again. Worst travel company out there

We (couple) have re-visited this hotel for the reason we loved it the first time in 2021. We loved the location, atmosphere, cuisine, and most of all the staff. The hospitality, friendliness and overall warmth is something we don’t see often and seeing faces we saw already in 2021 is a great welcome and indicator this hotel runs well. This time their offer has changed from all into half board, nevertheless we decided to go anyway (we stayed late august to mid-September). It did not disappoint; this time we were staying in one of the ‘non- sea view’ rooms – I’ll call it a bungalow-room as it is 2 room little house entity – and we loved that even more as we preferred to be bit separated from the main building. The rooms are 4- star rooms, spacious with all amenities we needed, including fridge, good airco and good bed. We again haven’t used pool areas as we prefer the sea <3 and the coast. The cleanliness (rooms, outside and in the main areas) was again impeccable, and we weren’t bothered by half board offer at all. We (again) loved this unique, stunning location of the hotel, the hospitability of the staff, the offer in (Main resto) breakfasts and dinners varied enough and we loved Mediterranean (Dalmatian / Croatian) touch offered during dinners (at least few local dishes per evening). What we also loved is tha the dinner time was less crowded as previously. We ate several times in Culinarium (paying ala-carte- with also specific theme BBQ dinners 2times per week) where the food was always delicious and servers professional and super friendly. We saw that issues, like loose tile, chipped stair, were quickly reported and dealt with and the staff was always present to assist or help. There is some wear and tear but for us on completely acceptable level. We found the prices of food very reasonable but found drinks a bit on the expensive side (comparing to bars/restos)- but still ok. I would love, if they would serve quart or half a liter of table vines, not just bottles which was not an option this year. I have also booked and joined several Yoga/ Pilates other sessions and was satisfied with the quality, and found the trainers reasonably okay, some better than others, but overall for being additional free of charge activity it was super start of the day. We loved the usability of the (Tui) Blueapp we could find all the program there and were able to get all info we needed, including booking options for all sort of activities. Slight negative- offer and cost of drinks (compared to food) and sometimes in peak time staff in the Main restaurant couldn’t handle the number of guests in a timely manner, they did seem flustered and I really felt bad for them (wasn’t often but it happened) Do have another ‘egg/grill section in the kitchen as the lines there are like they are serving free gold :D Only negative observation for last year was the standup paddle boarding activity that took place in the see that is actually allocated for swimmers – do

The pool was lovely but very little shade as parasols few & inadequate. Had to get down early to secure some shade. Beach not just pebbles as stated by Tui but large round rocks which made it very hard to access the sea without slipping. There were a lot of steep steps to the pool & beach and it was most of our week until we worked out some lifts to help. tui intro should explain the route by lifts to pool. one of us fell on the steps and another guest said they also fell. It wasnt clear in the description how hard this was especially for older and disabled guests. This hotel has a bar & restaurant overlooking the sea which is spectacular for watching the amazing sunsets. We had a restful week but we hope Tui will take our comments seriously about the steps
