Dew Drops Boutique Retreat

Visited Dew Drops on the weekend of July 30th-August 1st'22 (3 nights and 4 days). Stayed in a 2BHK Villa. Property comprises of 15 Villas and 20 Rooms. Ample parking in front of the Villas. Staff very courteous and polite. Rooms slightly damp and need airing before being let out. Buffet spread on the weekends and A la Carte on weekdays. Place comes alive in the weekends. Good and delicious food at the restaurant. Compliments to the Chef.

Being to Dew drops more than 5th time. And luckily this time at the start of rains only. It's always pleasent experience to be there. Stayed in 2bhk villa which was very luxurious and specious. The food was as always outstanding with lot of varieties. And the pool with other amenities are just outstanding. The best part for us this was the lawn where we did our book launch shooting.

Location and amenities -fab and excellent food. we went with our family, elderly and younger generation. great hospitality and clean premises, friendly and helpful staff. had a lovely get together after more than 2 yrs in great place- open green lawns and clear crisp air, lots of activity, game room facilities. 1 point- living room has sofa cum bed- no ac in living room, rest all bedrooms have ac and ensuite- comfortable for up to 8 people in the 2bhk villa

We were having our Team Offsite with 18 People and Sameer and his team has made it super wonderful for us. Staff was very supportive and available to serve you with Smile even at very odd hours as well. Food Was Fantastic !!! We would really like everyone who wanted to spend good time must visit this place.

Dew Drops Boutique Retreat.,Igatpuri Peaceful stay Location: 1. Location is very near from Main Nashik highway, please don't go by google map it shows two roots, one from internal igatpuri city and another from main highway. Choose Main highway road.2. Resort location is very peaceful with nice view of mountains. 3. The location has only good Airtel connectivity, Vodafone network is almost not exist. So keep Airtel card with you. Rooms: 1. We have selected AC Executive Rooms which are present in main building of Resort. 2. Rooms have good large space, moderate furture. 4. Washroom has hot and cold water arrangements, room service is also quick. 5. Overall Rooms are fined Food: 1. Buffet has limited dishes but those are tasty (not too spicy and not too blunt). 2. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all food items were nice. 3. ***y company events also happens there. Service: 1. Service was good and prompt 2. If there is any event then you can expect some delays but overall good. Premises: 1. Resort has good garden with play facilities for kids. 2. It also has operation swimming pool. 3. Pool also has attached restaurant area for evening snacks and tea. 4. It is recommended to take villas, because garden and pools are near to villas. 5. Open ground is also there for play, night-fire , camping etc. 6. Some Selfie points like auto, wall painted with good art etc. ***y groups visit the place during winter or raining as all surrounding area has mountains. Sula wine yard is 1 hr journey from that place, also you can visit ***y places from that area if you have vehicle. Resort can also arrange transport for you if you asked them before sufficient time. Overall we had a nice peaceful time in the resort with family. Don't compare this on with 5 start high end resort. Enjoy the stay and nature with your own me time

We stayed @ Dewdrops exclusive 2bhk villas where we were greeted by geese in our parking lot ( how cool is that ) The Villa had a large hall, dinning table & 1 bedroom on the ground floor & after climbing some stairs we reached our 2nd bedroom. They have indoor games such as Foosball, pool, table tennis, ludo , snakes & ladder & a separate play area for kids. They have a large swimming pool & a massive banquet hall for functions & ceremonies. Their in house restaurant serves delicious veg food and offers ample seating space. We highly recommend their medu vada, Poha & Masala tea. They also offer A/c Executive Rooms which have a big bed, sofa cum bed, clean & hygienic bathroom, tv & ample storage space. We enjoyed our stay @ DewDrops Boutique Retreat in Igatpuri.

Dew Drops Igatpuri I give Zero ratings ..As per ***agement the photos attached for is their best room, My question is why is your best room category in this way.. ***agement completely denies that there is no problem in this 3bedroom villa? Rude ***agement have no courtesy for B2B and not ready for acceptance of their mistake. Resort if you need good guests please change your ***agement as well please change internal things too.. My guests left the hotel within 1hr of chk i & I de***d full refund of payment from DEW DROPS because of their negligence of not taking good care of Guest.. ***ager claims that on Trip advisor ***y people have appreciated his service checked all reviews not a single review has his appreciation. ***ager was not profession and just boasts about his 10yrs plus experience with his this experience irrespective how guests were he would not allow guest to leave the premises.. there were other 6 people with Main guest,but he did not try speaking to other people too, if he really wanted guests to stay and enjoy the place. But all what he kept saying Guest was not ready to listen to me. My question is speak what guests wants to hear speak something different, have a different approach towards such guests its in your hands as you say u have 10yrs experience. Its a bad sign of any hotelier when guests leaves the place unhappily every business counts. Please arrange for full Refund..

The food is average, but the property is huge and beautiful. There are ***y things to do in the resort - Swimming, Cricket, indoor games, etc. The place is very peaceful in the morning. Please visit the dam at a walkable distance from the resort.

We went for a day trip to Phoenix Island Resort last week. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable for relaxing. Service was excellent, the staff were courteous and the food was tasty. Swimming pool was neat. The most amazing part was the boating trip in the evening. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend this place!
