An excellent, up-market hotel. The staff were very helpful, and of course spoke excellent English. The rooms were very modern and spacious, quite avant-garde, although quite a surprise to see the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom itself! It is a lovely hotel, although breakfast was rather expensive, however, beautifully presented. We would definitely stay there again.

Nicely designed, bright and clean. Great indoor bike storage. A bit thin on staff at times and the bar is unfortunately lacking in all but a few basics. Location is very good with a short walk to the Cloth Hall and Menin Gate. The bathroom setup is a little different. Okay for a couple but would be weird with older kids or friends sharing a room as there is no separate bathroom. The shower and toilet open in to the room.

Only one poor girl left on her own to manage the busy bar and checking area. We waited ages to order. Quite a few frustrated customers around us too who missed out on even getting a drink in the bar as last orders 1030pm but she couldn’t get to serve us because she was too busy. More staff needed

Was amazing located! Hotel room was large and very spacious! Parking was abit scary, I have a 5 meter long car and it was quite tight to get it into the car park but that’s my fault for having a large car! Room was very fresh!
