Excellent Service.. Wonderful Location.. Rooms were very Spacious and Comfortable amazing view from the Room. Hotel staff were very Courteous.. If planning to visit Munnar.. This is one of the Finest Resort.

Gorgeous villa and cottage style rooms, set in breathtaking views of the hills and valley. Sitting in the deck of the rooms, one can enjoy ever-changing lights and colours of the hills, and heavenly mists. As the locale is forested rather than tea meadows, one can enjoy a symphony of bird calls, songs and chirping from early morn till dusk. On the downside is an incredibly horrible restaurant and food. Nothing is good. Not even a cup of coffee. No option to go out and dine as the place is far deep into the hills and forest. The worst food I have had in my life. The rooms are splendidly and tastefully designed. However, they need to be maintained better. You can expect curtains hanging from torn curtain hooks, latches that don't work and problematic TV channels. The staff are excellent in their care and always smile, no matter how tough the job and expectations. Room service with a smile even in pouring rain. If you don't care about food at all, this is paradise on earth!

Property was located about 25 km outside Munnar, deep inside nowhere with rough and a sort of off- road route. They kept us waiting for half an hour to for jeep to pick us up only to make us reach on foot to room situated 100 meters down. Room was deep inside dark with sounds of cricket all around. Room service was pathetic since we had to call 4-5 times for any service. To make the things worse, they kept charging for every petty things.

Location of the hotel is very good. The food quality of the food is all so very good. The all staff are very friendly. There Ampiyance and property is very good. Room service and clearness is good. Team work is excellent. Ayurveda spa treatment and staff courtesy is good.

We recently had a trip to Munnar with my family and my friends Family. Booking was done directly by contacting the resort over phone. we were a group of 2 families with 8 members and one driver. Booking was confirmed after making sure that Driver accommodation was available. 3 wooden cottages were booked for 4 nights. Pros: Beautiful location excellent view from the balcony. Mini Offroad experience for those liking it. Cons: Located almost 25 kms away from Munnar in a remote location with nothing available in the near vicinity Rooms are spacious, But only one dental kit provided, No shaving kit, No foot wear, No soaps, Approach roads to the reception and restaurant is very steep and elderly people can never do it by foot. No driver accommodation provided as promised, He was asked to stay with the watch*** in a dungeon like this room. Later we paid extra and got him an accommodation. They make sure to collect full money has to be paid upfront, which is non refundable. MD of the place was very rude on phone when we asked for driver accommodation and said drivers should sleep in the car. Whole place is heavily infested with leeches and noisy insects but that is part of the nature. Food is okay but you have no other choice. In the end they made us pay 1000rs extra for a bed sheet which was minimally stained by food. Our Total stay costed almost 1 lakh rupees but still they insisted on the charges for washing the bed sheet. On the whole i would definitely not recommend this place anybody . Book and stay at your own risk.

Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the ***ager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness.

rooms are great and so is the surrounding scenic beauty. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Food was very superb and tasty . Overall everything is perfectly excellent. Best view of mountain 🏔️ from rooms.

one of the best resorts i have stayed in the recent times. The service has been exceptionally good. The resort is well maintained . The location is awesome for someone who wants to stay close to the nature. The rooms were spacious. All rooms have a pretty large balcony overlooking the the mountains.And Hari properly guide to me his simplicity make to me a smile. I strongly suggest everyone reading this post to go for this resort, if you are travelling to Munnar.
