We had a lovely glamping experience here! The whole place has a nice, peaceful, and zen-like atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The tent we stayed in was clean and cozy, and it even came with some complimentary drinks in the fridge, which was a nice touch. Dinner was a BBQ set, which was delicious. One of the highlights of our stay was the optional breakfast experience with the giraffe – definitely special and worth the extra 3,000 yen if you’re up for something memorable! All in all, a great mix of comfort and nature.

Absolutely beautiful! We went in mid-December, and it was pretty cold (-1C at night), but the tent was warm and toasty, and the indoor bbq was perfect. Just a couple of things to note if going in winter - the giraffe breakfast is not available during the winter months (I believe October to March maybe?). Although the staff spoke no English, they were very proactive in using translation apps to communicate. All in all, a wonderful experience, would definitely return.

The hotel is not new, the facility is standard but the staff are really really nice and helpful. They will try the best to help me solving the problem. Even the location is far away, but I think is worth to try a stay, the BBQ food is superb.

This was my first glamping experience with my 2-year-old daughter and my husband. The room was cool and comfortable, and the shower and toilet were clean and nice. As the name suggests, the atmosphere was great, set in a bamboo forest. The food was plentiful and delicious. I'm truly grateful that you prepared sparkling wine and dessert for dinner to celebrate my birthday. Thank you very much. It was a great memory that we were able to have breakfast at Kirin even in light rain.

Very good experience! Take the bus in Tokyo to Ichihara Tsurumai Station, and the staff will drive you to the park. WhatsApp and email are provided for communication between foreign tourists and staff. Living in a bamboo forest has beautiful scenery and good food quality. There are free drinks for guests to drink at the reception. The staff are very enthusiastic to help. Although they do not understand English, they will use mobile phone translators to communicate with tourists. Tourist accommodation comes with an admission ticket to the zoo next door, where you can feed small animals and take photos. Very suitable for the whole family

The campground is relatively small, but fully equipped.

I was able to spend a wonderful glamping experience relaxing in the bamboo forest and enjoying nature! The interior of the tent was also really cute! All of the facilities were beautiful! There was also a cat, which was so cute! Tickets to the nearby zoo are also included in the price, which I think is a great deal! Dinner and dessert were included and it was very delicious! All the staff were kind and had a good sense of humor, so it was a lot of fun! Glamping made me want to go again! It was the best! thank you very much!

Children love it! I was nervous because it was my first trip since my child was born, but it was amazing as expected. The atmosphere is very good, and the toilets and showers are very clean and I am very satisfied. My son, who loves giraffes, is excited about having breakfast with giraffes tomorrow morning! There is also an elephant country nearby, so I think people who like animals will definitely like it! The neighbor is a zoo, but I didn't mind the smell or sound. It was a very good time to be healed slowly.

The room was very clean, the food was delicious, and it was the best memory of Golden Week! It was a strong wind at dinner, but I enjoyed the barbecue. I was able to bring wine bottles and snacks back to my room, and after the children went to bed, my husband and I were able to have a relaxing evening drink. Unfortunately, the breakfast with the giraffe was canceled due to rain, but the breakfast in the room was bread and fruit, and the children were happy to eat it! It's a little inconvenient that the shower toilet is separate from the room, but it was very clean.

I decided to go to this facility because I wanted to glamp and ride an elephant🦣. As you can see in the picture, the bamboo grove was wonderfully healed. The room and shower room were clean and very easy to use. I was very satisfied with the meal. We also roasted marshmallows on the bonfire. It was my son's birthday, so I'm glad I was able to spend it very happily. I would like to stay at the tree house next time! ! The staff was also kind and polite to customers.

I stayed at Bell Tent with my family. The whole facility and the inside of the tent were wonderful spaces based on trees, and I was excited. It was early winter, but the tent was warm and comfortable. Dinner was BBQ and the meat and vegetables were delicious. I chose the terrace seat, but it was getting colder, so it might have been better to choose the room, but the dinner while warming up by the bonfire was also memorable.

The atmosphere in the bamboo forest was very nice. Dinner and breakfast were also very delicious. I was with children, but there were many families as well, so I enjoyed it without worrying about it!

The tent surrounded by bamboo is protected from the hot summer sun and you can spend a comfortable time. For dinner, you can enjoy a full-fledged camping feeling on the grill. Caprese, salad, ahijo, sausage, big steak, pizza, pancakes, and more. It was very helpful to be able to clean up. For breakfast, you can feed the giraffes, and the children are very excited! The animals of Sayuri World, the accommodation area, can be seen a little from the accommodation area, so it is recommended for families.

Overall very happy! On the first day, we went to the neighboring elephant country and then checked in at 15:00. If it is after 15:00, you can use the parking lot of Sayuri World for free. All-you-can-drink drinks at the reception. There were coffee, orange juice, grape juice, oolong tea, milk, etc. There are also tea bags and coffee for your room. This time of year, I got one Ramune. Children can also enjoy yo-yo fishing.・About the tent I stayed in a dome-shaped tent. The interior is fashionable and the tension rises! Of course, there is also an air conditioner, so it is comfortable even in summer. There is also a kettle, so you can drink tea in your room. There was water and Asahi Super Dry in the refrigerator at the service. Since the voice is a tent, it leaks out to some extent. The bed is not attached to the wall, so families with small children should use pillows to guard it. The outside smells of animals, but it's a charm because the facility is inside the zoo.・About dinner On sunny days, you can choose between the outside terrace or the inside dining. The inside is air-conditioned, but it seemed cooler outside due to the ventilation. The amount of food for dinner was more than I could eat, and it was delicious. Since my child is small, I brought a child's dinner just in case (bringing is prohibited, but it seems that children's dinner is good), but they warmed it up in the microwave.・About toilets and showers The showers are new and clean with separate booths for each room. There were no towels for children, so it might be better to bring your own. (Is it possible to prepare if you ask?) Amenities are also substantial. There was also a trash can for throwing away diapers in the toilet, which I was grateful for. It may be a little complicated because there is only a place to wash your hands in the toilet.・Breakfast I had the option to have breakfast on the terrace with the giraffe, so I ate it on the terrace of Sayuri World. You can get one bucket of food per family as a service and feed the giraffes nearby. I was so excited because I had never seen a giraffe so close! After that, you can play Sayuri World until 9:45. In the morning, yogurt and granola were added to drinks at the reception. I think it was the best glamping that children can enjoy! thank you for helping me.
