Located near the express bus terminal.
The signal at the intersection was not working and it was scary for pedestrians to cross. Are there many places like this when you leave Seoul? If your main purpose is sightseeing, you will need a rental car or a taxi.
I was relieved that English was spoken at the hotel and spa plus reception. Others (surrounding convenience stores, restaurants, taxi drivers, bus stop reception, etc.) are only in Korean. Also, there were several shops that did not accept MasterCard.
Unfortunately the cleanliness is not so good. There are many black stains (mold?!) on the towels, and the whole room is dusty. There was no air purifier. Even at the Miranda Hotel, there may be differences depending on the room.
The receptionist responded kindly.
One of the three elevators is out of service due to a malfunction. Fear of not meeting the standards! In addition, button to push elevator shifted and was interested. Are you planning to complete the repairs by summer, which is the busy season?

I was worried because I have a child because of the bad reviews, but the location is better than I thought, the staff are kind, and since I'm older, the cleanliness and facilities are lower than those of normal hotels, but wow.. I didn't say I couldn't sleep ^^ It was warm, the bedding was clean and the bathroom It was okay, and most of all, warm water came out so there was no problem washing the children. ^^ I think this is really good for this price.
