It’s a fantastic hotel with hot spring, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The boss is nice and very kind. The hotel are full of Japanese traditional culture and decorations. If you go, must join their dinner set. It’s wonderful and yummy

The views are absolutely unbeatable, and the location is super convenient. Right next door is a local specialty, the sand bath, and you can buy tickets directly at the hotel – definitely give it a try! You *must* watch the sunrise from the open-air bath on the top floor; it's stunning, despite how incredibly cold it gets. Breakfast was plentiful, but the service felt a bit too procedural and standard, lacking a personal touch.

The hotel room was incredibly spacious, a pleasant surprise with its indoor pool! The accompanying hot spring, facing the ocean, was so relaxing, and the kaiseki dinner included with the room was truly authentic.

I think this ryokan has great dinner. Each room guests have our own dining room, and the kaiseki is very delicious. The location is also right next to the black sand bathing.

The rooms and public baths were, of course, spotlessly clean, and every area was impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. Above all, the level of hospitality was exceptional, something rarely seen in modern accommodations. From the front desk, restaurant, shop, and all the cleaning staff working throughout the building, every aspect of the hotel staff, including their service and consistently warm greetings, made for a truly pleasant stay. It was a wonderful trip with my ailing mother, and our whole family is filled with gratitude. We definitely want to return again 😊

The room is quite big, the food is also good, there is a Chinese lady at the front desk who patiently explains things in detail, there is a large sand bath nearby, and there is a light party on the beach at night, the hotel's hot spring pool is quite comfortable to soak in, the only shortcoming is that the Internet is really a bit bad, I hope the hotel can complete the repair as soon as possible and improve the Internet.

The subway is not convenient, but you can take a taxi. I also have luggage, so taking a taxi is still suitable. The hotel service is OK. In order to serve Chinese people, they even specially hired Chinese service staff. Not bad👍

The ocean view room had a great view of the ocean. The room had an open-air bath and a great atmosphere.

The food was satisfying. The staff was also very helpful and came to help us when we had unloaded our luggage from the car.

Although it is a bit far from the station, there is actually nothing to do in Izuku, slowly taking 20 minutes to walk through is quite good to see the scenery along the way, the hotel is very large and beautiful, very ancient architecture, it is a very healing hotel. The kaiseki cuisine tastes average, but the visuals are full and the staff is 10 points polite.
