Impeccable hotel, the first room had displeased us facing the air conditioning network at the reception we changed it without problem. The meals are varied. Only downside lack of deckchair for everyone. Very attentive bar staff

Very good (smiling staff, good quality of food) except the Portofino restaurant. During our 3rd visit to this à la carte restaurant, we ordered additional lobsters. Reservation at 9:15. The lobsters arrived at the table 1 hour later at 10:15 (service much too long). At the end of the lobsters the waiter asked to pay the bill, saying that the deserts would follow. 5 minutes later I ask the head waiter for desserts and she replies sorry: “the kitchen closed at 10 a.m.”. I point out to him that if the kitchen closed at 10 a.m. why the lobsters arrived at 10:15 a.m. and especially why no one informed us of this closure. So we paid for a DESERST FREE meal.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mirador Dalt Vila in Ibiza, and I must say it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is simply breathtaking. Perched on a hill overlooking the beautiful town of Ibiza, the views from the Mirador Dalt Vila are absolutely stunning. Waking up to panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean Sea and the charming old town was a true delight. The hotel itself is a gem of luxury and elegance. The rooms are tastefully decorated, combining modern amenities with a touch of traditional Ibiza charm. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the island.

We had the best stay here as a group of girlfriends and will definitely return. The hotel accommodation, facilities and staff were all incredible. We loved the location of the hotel, on a very picturesque beach with amazing restaurants. The concierges were so helpful in booking restaurants for us. Just a very chilled Ibiza stay but high quality hotel and eating experiences.

Deficiencies in cleanness in the bathroom and very different room quality . The staff is very friendly, even if not really seriously addressed complaints there is still a lot of potential upwards. Given the very cheap price and performance of the hotel, you can still recommend the hotel. As often as we have experienced in this hotel that a couple of two men who travels obviously always gets the most dirty room category: we had a apartment with, so literally: .....”exquisite view of the bay, beach and sea of Cala Llonga”booked ... Unfortunately, our room was only about one third as large as the really good rooms and the view was rather modest see photo .... When we had even two e-mails, we were also in the same way as the hotel. Emails asked directly to the hotel website about a room with beautiful views. Of course I advertised the room at the reception, unfortunately the lady working there was, otherwise very nice, not really able to come on and dress everything with the note we are booked. Beautiful place. A piece of heaven. The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport and is amazing. Rustic looking and like a huge garden. Staff is very helping. The restaurant at the hotel has great food but a bit pricy. Rooms are very clean and beautiful.
