Reasonable price but no space to park SUVs

I said I didn't need cleaning and asked for the towels to be changed later, and they charged me 1000 won for one towel. I even had to go downstairs to get it. I will 100% never stay here again. Service is crap

The parking lot is the worst. It takes about 10 minutes to remove the car. If you ask for a ticket in advance, they don't give it to you.
