The room facilities were all new, and the provided tissues were of good quality, but the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great. A few men were playing cards and smoking in the lobby downstairs, which wasn't ideal and disturbed others. The guesthouse does have private rooms for playing cards and mahjong; I'd actually recommend that smokers use those rooms.

GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldnāt eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. Iāve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. Thatās when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

First off, the location is superb. It's incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and shopping, with transport options right outside and plenty of restaurants nearby ā absolutely no stress getting around. What really put my mind at ease was the super easy parking; the car park is spacious and clearly signposted, which is a huge plus for anyone driving.
The hotel's ambiance and room design are incredibly tasteful, with an overall artistic vibe. From the lobby to the room, every detail shows thoughtful consideration. The decorative paintings and ornaments in the room aren't generic mass-produced items; they're stylish pieces of art. Staying here, I felt like I absorbed a bit of that artistic spirit myself ā it was a visual treat.
But what truly impressed me most was the service. I have to specifically mention the butler's responsiveness, which was incredibly prompt! Whether I contacted them by phone or WeChat, any request ā like needing an extra bottle of water or asking for directions ā was answered almost instantly, and issues were resolved quickly. That feeling of being valued was truly wonderful. Every staff member greeted guests with a smile and a warm welcome.
Overall, this is a top-notch hotel that excels in both its physical amenities and its soft services. If I get the chance to visit Moganshan again, this will definitely be my first choice ā¤ļø

GGuest UserOur stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages.
There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy ā from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe.
We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our sonās birthday ā a gesture that made our stay extra special.
Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning.
Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dogā friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids.
Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences.

AautogirlMuch better than I expected, haha! The moment I walked in, the scent was lovely. The staff at the Chinese restaurant, both the auntie and the young man, were very nice. When I returned to my room at night, the turndown service was done, with incense lit, and the room itself was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast the next morning was also better than anticipated. Overall, it's a great place for a holiday.

After parking, the hotel provided dedicated internal shuttles for pick-up and drop-off, making it completely hassle-free and elevating the whole experience.

Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options, ensuring you'd never get tired of it. I must especially commend the rice noodles ā with three distinct toppings, each bursting with fresh, savory flavor that left me craving more! I ordered them two days in a row; the more I ate, the more I loved them š.

If you're looking for a romantic getaway for an anniversary, or a relaxing weekend road trip within the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, this place is absolutely perfect! There's no need to meticulously plan an itinerary; the hotel itself is a 'self-contained holiday haven'.
The complimentary activities alone are enough to fill a day: archery, billiards, craft-making... each one was engaging and fun. The paid activities were also reasonably priced. He even thoughtfully added us on WeChat so we could track the firing and delivery progress of our pieces at any time. He truly embodies 'delivering peace of mind'!
**Archery Instructor š¹**: He was absolutely fantastic! His instruction was very professional, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. We even participated in an archery competition and surprisingly won a prize! He called immediately to inform us and personally delivered the prize to our room. That moment truly warmed our hearts~

11862092****The wooden cabin exudes a pine scent, and every detail is impeccable. Entering the room felt incredibly warm and cozy. Inside, there's a kitchen, a writing desk, and the water heater provides hot water quickly, making showers very comfortable. The small attic upstairs is truly charming and quiet ā I loved it so much!
**Ambiance**: The hotel is nestled in nature, and every breath of air is filled with negative ions, especially at night when the air is crisp and clear.
**Facilities**: The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a pool and gym readily available, along with a variety of engaging activities. My daughter was delighted to DIY hand cream and popular grape essential oil soap here. In the evening, there was a bonfire party and marshmallow roasting, bringing warmth to the chilly night. After breakfast, we hiked for an hour along the hotel's mountain trail, collecting chestnuts, relaxing our minds and bodies, immersing ourselves in nature, and escaping the hustle and bustle of the city.
I would definitely consider coming back for a weekend getaway!

The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. GGuest UserWe found this OldTown NanXun and love the look of it, so we booked the Accommodation at this Location.
It turns out to be a very nice place: it's right in the OldTown area, walk thru the Boutique with nice silk clothes and stuff
Fortunately we picked the Ground Level as we have big suitcases; wouldnt be happy to carry them upstairs.
The Room is well equipped with nice bed, pillows and beddings. Bathroom is well equipped, clean and smells good.
They do have a Spa but it's outdoor and we were too tired to go out.
There's tea and teapot supplied and you can have a sip after the walks around the area.
The Location is first-class: just a few steps to the action. I think I really love this HanXun Old Town; it's not too busy compared to the other Old Town, and it's full of Locals!
Most remarkable is the friendliness: Before we check-in I text them and they gave me the exact location for our Vehicle (since the access to the Old Town is quite challenging). If you have large suitcases and dont like climbing up stairs, I would strongly recommend you to contact them beforehand.
And on our check-out date, we have to return to ShangHai, a nice gentleman was very helpful, he helped us to talk to the Drivers and found us a suitable Transport. He spent over 30-minutes with us and we were very grateful.
If there is one thing I would recommend for improvement, perhaps the young man can slow-down in his smoking.
My husband and I have been smokers, but we have both quit. Hope he will do so one day for his health sake.

GGuest UserFrom the moment the first ray of sunshine in the morning shone on Anji, I set out on the road to the hotel. On the way, I received the hotel's check-in instructions, which I felt was very considerate. Then I drove over and found that the environment was really beautiful, especially after the rain in the afternoon. There was a wonderful artistic conception of an empty mountain after the rain. Sitting on the balcony in the middle of the night, cooking our own tea and chatting with friends, it reminded me of Su Shi going to comfort Zhang Huaimin in the middle of the night. The artistic conception was full.
