5 Star Hotels in Huzhou

The lobby is beautiful and so is the entire hotel. Really liked our big tub in our room, automatic curtains, lake view, and rainfall shower. There is an outdoor pool, but it was still cold season so it wasn’t open, but I imagine it would have been great. We used the indoor pool, which was heated and had a nice view of the lake. We ordered room service dinner the first night. The prices were the same as the restaurant and arrived in about 30 minutes. Nice job! The taste was ok, not amazing but for the price I won’t complain too much. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They always tried to give me staff who could speak English even though I didn’t need it. They gave us a tour of our room when we checked in and whenever I called the front desk to ask for anything, they brought it to our room immediately. Absolutely wonderful service The only negative I have is about the food itself at the hotel buffet restaurant (the other restaurants were closed at the time so we only ate at the buffet in the lobby). The buffet dinner is roughly 300rmb per person on a weekday and includes alcohol. The choice of food and quality was honestly not even worth 100rmb in my opinion, but I also hold the hotel at high standards. I’ve never seen an international dinner buffet with no bread before. Though to be fair, the majority of guests were Chinese ayi’s at the time and it was off season, so perhaps they adjusted the food to their taste, not that of a foreigner. Lastly, the hot spring facility was good. It’s actually at the neighboring hotel, but they give you a free golf cart ride there and back. There’s changing rooms. The hot springs are actually indoor with a glass ceiling (that you can’t see through). There are a TON of hot springs, definitely more than usual. I didn’t count but I think I saw more than 15 or 20 different pools. My only complaint, and it’s a big one, is people were smoking in the hot springs and it really pissed me off.

The room has a great view and is very quiet. The pillows are very comfortable to sleep at night. The disadvantage is that it was a rainy day when we went there, so we did not have a pleasant walk in the natural oxygen bar. The bathtub did not have disposable bath bags, which could be improved. I wanted to have a drink at the bar in the evening, and asked the staff if it was open until 8.30. I didn’t know why it was closed when I walked over at 7.30. I could only play with the wild ducks at the door for a while... There were welcome fruits in the room, free snacks, and a butler’s cabin. He was very patient and responded to messages very quickly. He even carefully sent us a few bottles of mineral water in the evening. Requesting a taxi from the room is also very fast, usually within one or two minutes. However, the taxi was stopped many times on the road and I don’t know why it kept stopping. The driver didn’t even ask where he was going and drove away. In the end, he had to talk to the housekeeper Xiaofang to get a taxi right away. . There are many small animals that you can interact with up close. The little raccoon and Humong are really super cute! The next day it was sunny and I saw a little monkey. My aunt let the monkey go home and coaxed her. For the first time, I thought the monkey was a little cute. Breakfast was in vain. The giraffe that the front desk told me the day before did not come out for breakfast also came out. It was a bit spicy to have breakfast with the ostrich and giraffe...but it did not affect the children's fun. As someone who frequents famous hotels all year round, I would give it a 7 out of 10. 10 points for the butler's cabin. Give the butler a thumbs up. Finally, when I was leaving and waiting for the bus, I found two pillows sunbathing on a stone pier by the side of the road, with white liquid on them. This was a bad impression.

I am very satisfied with the Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel in Dongwu, Huzhou. The hotel service staff are enthusiastic and professional. The lobby is luxurious and grand. The rooms are clean and tidy. The front desk is fast and efficient. The concierge provides enthusiastic service. The waiters Chen Aixuan and Huang Jufang provide enthusiastic service. The member center calls in advance with a smile. We asked about our needs and arranged a room with a good view for us. If we had any questions, we were always available and the service was attentive. Very convenient. The hotel has a strategic location, with Intime Department Store just outside the door. It is convenient to eat and drink. The hotel buffet has a rich variety of delicious dishes.

This hotel is really nice! The transportation is convenient, the parking is convenient, and the service is very good. Xiao Cai at check-in and Xiao Feng at check-out are both very nice! The room is quite big, very clean, with complete equipment and supplies, the TV set-top box is powerful, and the shower and air conditioner are also very comfortable. There are many types of breakfast, good service, and plenty of time. Downstairs is the pedestrian street of supermarkets and shopping malls. Shopping and ordering takeaways are also very good! It's the first time I came to Animal World Hotel. First of all, the environment is very clean. The housekeeper Xiaolan is super enthusiastic. The first impression is perfect. She stands completely from the perspective of the customer's experience, and strives to achieve the ultimate in service, very professional! Secondly, the hotel lobby is super big, just like a market. There are coffee bars, food stalls, milk tea and ice powder shops, shopping, barbecues, etc., of course, it would be better if the price is more affordable! 😊In the hotel alone, children can play for several days. The surrounding water world, zoo, KFC, shopping malls, etc. are all within walking distance. All together, the entire living experience and service have exceeded expectations. If it wasn’t for the self-driving tour later on It's all arranged, I really don't want to leave! Every staff member is very enthusiastic and can't wait to recommend other partners to come! I especially recommend friends to choose the butler Xiaolan👍!

Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

The customer Qiqi contacted us a few days in advance, and the check-in and travel information was very complete. We bought a package that included the big circus. The big circus was so shocking and exciting. We went not too late, and arrived 30 minutes in advance, but we still sat at the end. There were too many people, but fortunately we chose tickets after 4 o'clock. There were more people at 7 o'clock in the evening 😅. When we came out, everyone was on the road 😰. Taihu Ancient Town is more beautiful at night, there are many people, and the fireworks show is very beautiful. The holiday is too short, and there are many places that I didn't have time to play. The breakfast type is not too much, the taste is OK, the elders like it. The hotel is very popular, there are many people on weekends, and it is recommended to book in advance. The location is about 10 minutes away from the ancient town of Nanxun. It is very close and convenient.

I called the front desk again, and when I reported the problem, I felt their weak service attitude again. My friend said that when staying in so many hotels, the front desk service is standing and helping guests to check in quickly. As soon as this one enters the front desk and sits, it still looks indifferent. It feels like the front desk of this hotel is a relationship household. Can't come. There is one thing to say, the hotel environment is still very good, like walking into a small garden, the small villas are a combination of Chinese and Western architectural styles, with lush flowers and trees, pleasing to the eye. We stayed in a small western-style building with a courtyard. The room is also large and has better privacy. The master in the parking space also has a good sense of service. What I mean by service is that he will take the initiative to tell the guests where the car can be used, how to go to the lobby, and how to deal with the check-out if the fee has been settled in advance. This is similar to the front desk at the beginning of check-in The difference shows that different departments have different management ideas. As a landmark hotel in Nanxun, I hope the hotel will strengthen its service quality. Of course, these may be individual phenomena. To become bigger and stronger, the hotel must pay attention to details and make guests feel truly at home.
