接待入住的服務員態度非常好，應對得宜，房間設施新穎，唯電梯太少得等挺久的。1樓早餐品類及質量都足夠優，人多時得排隊入場，空調遇天冷時得多穿點衣服，靠窗旁的位置比較冷。衞生方面打掃的服務員態度非常好，打掃也很到位，窗外景觀採光挺好的。

優點：酒店很新，大堂很氣派，在諾富特中算很不錯了。停車方便。由於訂的是套房，所以浴缸巨大，泡澡很舒服。缺點：1）套房卧室的電視機音量非常非常輕。2）淋浴的花灑水量很小。3）早餐很令人失望。品種很少，飲品衹有檸檬水和非鮮榨的橙汁。為數不多的菜品被吃完後也沒有及時補充。整體早餐質量還不如亞朵。4）酒店周圍很荒涼。

新酒店各方面設施都不錯，工作人員特別好，給我安排了升房，小套房硬件很到位。值得一提的是，房間裏120度角的躺椅非常舒適，我已種草，但🍑還沒搜到同款🤣 在軟件方面，在已經90分的基礎上可以繼續加油，比如一樓大廳的空調温度、早餐選擇等等。不過總體來説是一次愉快的住宿，下次還會考慮選擇。
