The room facilities are older but the hygiene is very good. The waiters are very enthusiastic. All the facilities in the three hotels are free to play, and they are particularly friendly to parents with children. There are many things for children to enjoy. Three meals a day are included, and drinks are provided free of charge throughout the day. There are also snacks and ice cream in the children's area in the afternoon. There is a shuttle bus to the beach which is also very convenient. In short, the price/performance ratio is quite high.

Very good, but the waiter who sent us in at the front desk was very arrogant and looked down on Asians. I observed that many Asians did not help carry their luggage and only gave directions. When Europeans checked in, he would be very enthusiastic to help carry their luggage, and the doorman was also a bit polite. I disdain the expressions of Asians, but overall it is very good and very affordable. The guy who cleans the room, I remember his name is Ahanmod, is very enthusiastic and puts out many different beautiful towel patterns for us every day. He is very enthusiastic! He also greets us warmly every day. This is what we like most about the hotel. We hope to give him a salary increase.

A total of 15 people from a group of friends went on a trip. We arrived at the hotel front desk at around 9:30 pm on the 3rd. We contacted the hotel at around 8:30 to ask about dinner. We called several times but no one answered. We asked Ctrip customer service, but they couldn't contact us either. Forget it, maybe they were busy. We stayed for 3 nights and everything was ok. The resort hotel environment was good, the room was clean and tidy, and the area was more than 35 square meters, which was large enough. There were several large and small swimming pools, and many tourists. The buffet was very good, with many varieties, and the cost of three meals was included in the room rate. I want to give a bad review to the front desk! When we checked out after breakfast on the morning of the 6th, one room in our team handed in 3 cards (2 room cards and one meal card). According to regulations, each room was given two cards, for a total of 4 cards. Maybe there was a mistake in the original allocation. Another room handed in 1 more card, 5 cards, and one more card. The front desk didn't tell us, so they kept asking us to pay 1 less card. The people in this room looked for the card, so they ran around the room to look for it, searched through the bag, delayed the check-out time, and made the people with less cards anxious. Finally, we communicated in the team group and figured it out. We are from the same team. They didn’t say anything when they collected one more ticket at the beginning. Then they kept asking you for one less ticket at the end. What does the front desk want to do? Haha.

All-inclusive hotel, food is good, reviews are very high on various platforms, service is okay, but few people mention that this hotel is some distance from the seaside, and needs a shuttle bus to send it there. I actually don't like this very much, but Too lazy to move and stayed for two days.

房間很大很乾凈，設施完善，水上樂園很有意思。餐廳味道一般般，吃多了容易膩。離海灘有一定的距離，需要坐接駁車才能過去，一點不是很方便。其次是，我在網上選的大床房，但是到店給我安排的雙人床。跟前台溝通了很久，才同意換房……既然有大床房，為什麼不給我們，這裏我覺得服務很不到位！
