JAZ Makadi Saraya Resort

We live in Hurghada and often visit hotels for weekend getaways. We recommended this hotel to friends who booked a tour from Moscow. Everything was great, and the food was excellent. However, the dining area near the pool was very unpleasant – lots of birds and unsanitary conditions.

Delicious food, a heated pool, and a water park with hot water are available. The nearby beach is beautiful, and you can swim in the summer.

The hotel environment, food and rooms are all good. The only drawback is that some service staff treat Asians differently. The hotel is almost full of Europeans. It is about a 10-minute walk from the beach.

Although the facilities are relatively old, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool is also good. The resort is a 10-minute walk from the beach, and the sea is crystal clear. Most of the service staff are very enthusiastic, but some waiters in the sunflower restaurant are cold and even pretend not to see. Egypt has a tipping culture. If you forget to leave a tip in the room, the cleaner will immediately give you a "color". Overall, it's okay, but the cost performance is not high.

The sanitation and environment are OK, but the service and facilities are really bad. The air conditioner is broken. There is no hot water in the room. The problem is handled very slowly or even not handled. The room is very noisy. The breakfast waiter will not take the initiative to ask you what you want to drink. There was a waitress in the restaurant who asked her for a cup of tea and she gave me a face.

Very good recommendation, all three meals, drinks and beverages are included, no need to worry about being ripped off
