The property is nice, the bed is comfortable and the staff is courteous. That’s a winning combination. There is some construction in the area so you have to be careful while driving and trying to get into the property but it is quiet

Continental breakfast with a waffle maker - would have loved any protein like hard boiled eggs

When I opened the door to our room, it smelled terrible. The pillows were so thin it was hard to get rest. The gentlemen at the front desk was great!

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Also, there was a very loud party going on till late in the night that was very noisy. Many people outside smoking more than just cigarette's. Staff was friendly.

The first room we had smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. No other rooms available. The next day I was told we could not change rooms but they would deep clean the room. We arrived back and the smell was still there. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and allowed us to change rooms.

The room was spacious and comfortable enough - I wasn't expecting a 5-star hotel! There were a couple of stains on the sheets, but the sheets themselves seemed to be clean though, just small stains (probably coffee or something like that).
The desk staff were very friendly and accommodating; I had a couple of requests, and they were able to take care of them immediately. I also liked that, when I asked for no maid service while I was there (because I make my bed in the morning anyway, and I didn't need new towels), they didn't bat an eye and made sure that housekeeping knew they could skip my room. There was also a trash can for recyclables in the room!

Near where we needed to be but not updated, clean or comfortable. Breakfast was a joke, a bad one.

We just want to commend the gentleman that was the desk clerk when we checked in. He was extremely helpful in parking a big RV that we had with us, he also went out of his way to make it possible for us to be close to the doors where we ended up parking. He was very kind and made our evening. Give him a raise!
