We were trying to avoid a storm. They were super accommodating especially for a family at 5. Made sure we had everything we needed especially since we were checking in after midnight

The only reason I gave mine and my sister’s experience two stars is because we booked our stay at this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and indoor hot tub. We were very disappointed to find out it was being renovated and we were not told before our stay.
Not that this had anything to do with staff or anything but the people above us definitely had a child running around from 10:30pm to 12:00am and I cannot sleep. It was very frustrating.

Pools and hot tub closed. Bed hard as a cement block had to go to Target and buy down-filled mattress cover. Heater blew out cold air at night and it was in the 30's.Construction filled hallway with so much dust almost couldn't find room. Eggs undedcooked. Oatmeal like soupy milk. We stayed here 3 times last year because none of this was the case. We had loved it. Irregardless staff is wonderful.

My wife and daughter stayed here 1 night and they were impressed with the room. She said it was really nice and clean. Had smart tv's in room and pull out couch. She stayed in a double queen suite. The bedroom was seperated from the living area with pull out couch and 2nd smart tv. Which was very convenient since my daughter likes sleeping without tv and my wife likes sleeping with the tv on. My wife thought I must of spent alot but in reality I got the room for around the average price of a non suite 3 star hotel room. Win win! Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Pool area little bit run down. Hot tub looked kinda dirty. Staff very kind and helpful. Overall great experience. Will definitely stay here again.

Property and room were very clean, and service was on point. Only major issue was that the queen mattresses and the pull out mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Might be time for replacements in every room.

Everybody at the hotel was extremely friendly, except for one gentleman that worked at the desk, He didn’t appear to be very nice, but all the ladies were extremely nice to me and helpful. They always greeted me and said hi and asked me if there was anything I needed.
