"One person to book in guests, serve drinks and take good orders. You don't see anyone after pub hours if you don't have breakfast. Checked out at 11am told by cleaner to leave key on a table. Twin room only big enough for one person. Beds so narrow you had to do a 3 point turn to turn over. Dink the size of a water fountain, room over the kitchen extractor,so smelly. Glad I only paid £68 a night. Shabby and dingy. Wall paper in corridor pretty but obviously ran out half way! Could be a beautiful place, brilliant location."

"Did a 4 night stay here last week of Jan 2023. Hotel is centrally located close to the shops and beach and lodge has it's own car park across the road. Room did not have sink shower or toilet but bathroom was located directly across from the room. Also it seemed as though this was really a large single room converted into a double Bed was a 3/4 and wardrobe wasn't big enough to get 2 people's clothes in so I had to keep mine in my case. The breakfast was adequate but good and kept you going for most of the day. Also best to have porridge for your choice of cereal. This lodge is a good value for money place to stay. Would recommend "
