Hunchun Railway Mingzhu Hotel

When traveling to Vladivostok from Hunchun, and returning to China from Vladivostok, I looked for a hotel closest to the high-speed rail station, and found the Gaotie Mingzhu Hotel. The hotel's location is excellent; it's a 5 RMB taxi ride from the international bus station. The rooms are large, and the twin beds are very comfortable. **Amenities**: Well-equipped with a sofa, dining table, and chairs. **Cleanliness**: Clean and tidy. **Environment**: Quiet and soundproof. **Service**: The staff were warm and attentive, helping me call a taxi to the high-speed rail station the next day. Some drivers are reluctant to take such a short trip, but the front desk assisted with booking a taxi.

The front desk service was very warm and welcoming, and the room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh food. I was very satisfied overall. It's also super convenient to catch the shuttle bus to the Fangchuan Scenic Area from here.

The hotel has a good location, is relatively quiet, clean and hygienic, has a plentiful breakfast, convenient parking, and the staff are warm and attentive. However, I have one small suggestion: the toilet should be cleaned with toilet cleaner frequently, and the shower drain has too much hair and the water flow is too slow.

Facilities: Very close to the train station, excellent location, but poor soundproofing. Service: Some front desk staff provide poor service.

It was about a 20-minute walk from the high-speed train station, but less than a five-minute taxi ride. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful, offering helpful local information. I'd definitely stay here again.

I booked two nights separately through Ctrip. When I checked in, the hotel front desk promoted the restaurant's seafood and processing. After the first night, I went to the seafood street to buy crabs. As I was too tired, I wanted to take them back to the hotel to eat. I called the hotel front desk to inquire whether they could be processed and what the processing fee was. The hotel replied that the processing fee was 10 yuan per catty. I said okay, I would buy them back. After I bought it back, the hotel front desk changed their tone and said, "You bought it outside, so it's 20 yuan per pound." . . I am speechless. The second thing is that when my husband went out the next morning, he hung a notice on the door specifically to signal that the room needed cleaning. However, when he came back at 3 pm, the hotel had not cleaned the room. We called Ctrip and they urged the hotel to finish cleaning in 10 minutes. The bed sheets and quilt covers were not changed, the towels were not changed, and they only gave two bath towels. Due to the untimely cleaning, the room was filled with the stinky smell of seafood in the trash can. The room cleaner also argued that you turned on the do not disturb function. I was sincere. Since I never turn on this when I go out, my husband turned it on and needed to clean the room. I took a special look to confirm. At that time, I thought to myself, my husband still wants me to clean the room. Not bad. If you don’t have time to clean it, then you don’t have time. What excuses are you making? The breakfast was simple and the fried dough sticks were not crispy at all. . . Overall, the stay experience was poor
